It's a very nice hotel. Friendly staff. I read in the reviews on booking and ostrov that the staff does not speak Russian, but this is not true. We were there from April 4 to April 7, 2025, and everyone, without exception, understands Russian and can communicate easily. I recommend paying extra for the sea view, it's worth it!

The hotel is gorgeous, the view from the room to the whole city, the staff is very friendly, the breakfasts and dinners in the restaurant are 10 out of ten points! The cleanliness and comfort in the room were simply amazing, and the bed is just a fairy tale, we slept better than at home! We advise everyone!

The best view of the Flame Towers is from the embankment, along which we enjoyed walking every evening. With spectacular lighting, these three skyscrapers (140, 160 and 190 m) really resemble three tongues of a bonfire. There is a restaurant in one of the towers above, as our guide told us, the rest is so-so and the price tag is inhumane, but the view from there is crazy! I have no doubt that this is the case, but next time we visit Baku, we will definitely go up there! And so they brought several dozen photos of the towers from different angles, at different times, in different backgrounds - they are very good! And we've already bought plane tickets for October! I really liked the hotel. The rooms are large and cozy. The shower watering can did flow a little and the shower water was poorly regulated by temperature, but this did not spoil the impression. The staff is friendly. The linen and pillows are good. The view from the room is gorgeous. The breakfast food is delicious: most often I took an omelet prepared on request with different fillings. The juice does not look like freshly squeezed. The coffee is medium.

Location on the edge of the entire main walking area. You can get to the hotel either by a ski lift, which runs according to an unclear schedule, and costs 1 manat per person. Walking uphill, lots of steps, doubtful. By taxi, it's not expensive. The hotel itself is not bad, the room cards are wooden, the lobby is large, the ceiling is not even visible. There are 6 elevators, they work fast. Checking in takes time, we stood at the reception for a long time, maybe we were lucky. The rooms are spacious, but the electrics require attention. Half of the outlets didn't work, so I had to call an electrician. The mini bar has a combination lock, which caused confusion, we needed a refrigerator. The bathroom floor is not heated. The spa area. The pool is cold outside, it is impossible to swim. There was a minus for that. Inside the spa jacuzzi, half of the buttons do not work. The water in the indoor pool is more suitable for active swimming than for measured relaxation. Sauna is good, sea view.

To the flaming towers of Baku – a flaming greeting! One day in May I was lucky enough to "bask in the flames" of these truly cosmogonic Flame Towers – as majestic as they are elegant. Three days spent in one of the towers – at the Fairmont Hotel 5***** – they left a strong impression. These mirror-glass skyscrapers – as the dominant of the city – are visible from almost everywhere, attracting admiring glances of Baku guests. In the evening, all three towers are interestingly animated and illuminated: then they light up with the blue-red-green tricolor of the national flag of Azerbaijan, then with running lights, then with huge moving figures. Unusual, fascinating and very impressive!

Recently, my family and I visited the amazing city of Baku and one of the vivid impressions was the Flame Towers. These majestic skyscrapers can be seen from afar, because they are located on a hill and immediately attract attention with their unusual architecture. You can climb to the towers on foot via the picturesque stairs or by funicular, which will take you to the foot of the towers in just a few minutes. The view from above is breathtaking – a fascinating panorama of the sea and the whole city opens in front of you. The towers look especially impressive at night when they are illuminated by bright lights. The patterns on the towers change, creating bizarre paintings, and sometimes even come to life in a small moving movie. We were "lucky": the only time we got to this place was in a wild fog and these towers just disappeared. But when the fog fell, the feeling of giants floating out of nowhere was very beautiful. The hotel is cool, the view is gorgeous, tomorrow is the test. But when I asked to iron the suit, they didn't bring me an iron, they just took it away. The maid didn't speak Russian. There was no question that it would cost anything. In the end, an invoice was issued for 115 manats. Space. There are no dental counters and shaves in the rooms. I think that for 12,000 rubles you can put. And explain to customers that ironing is paid. Hurtful.
