Evos was once one of the favorite places for a quick snack in Tashkent, but unfortunately, a lot has changed since then. What went wrong? For example, meat used to be juicy and deep-fried, but now it has become "something between stewed and steamed" with a "specific taste of meat." Another important point is maintenance. If everything was on the same level before, now the staff is working very slowly. There are also mistakes in orders, and despite this, employees often do not seek to fix the situation quickly. The interior is not as cozy as it used to be. The atmosphere seems "provincial" (in a poor sense of the word) — nothing interesting, and the establishment itself no longer gives the impression of a "modern and stylish place for a snack"
