I purchased a promo code for the Prior Plus program and decided to use it in the store. The promo code was recognized by the system at the checkout, but no discount was credited to it. At the same time, the store's employees reported that this is not the first time a similar situation with such promo codes has occurred. There are no questions for the sellers themselves, they tried to help and even contacted the management. But the management did not offer any solution, although it was possible to apply for a discount manually. As a result, there is a feeling of deception and a complete lack of customer orientation. I am very disappointed, especially as a regular customer of the brand.
