Be Fine is a real oasis in the mountains of Almaty! We stayed at Be Fine with the whole family — and it was just great! The place is amazing: fresh mountain air, silence, beautiful nature and complete comfort. The territory is well maintained, everything is stylish and tasteful, it is clear that the owners have invested their soul. 🏡 The rooms are very cozy, with panoramic windows — you wake up with a view of the mountains, just like in the movies! 🍽 The food is delicious and varied, especially the breakfast — everything is fresh and satisfying. 🏊♂️ The pool is a separate pleasure. Warm water, perfect cleanliness, sun beds around — you can relax to the maximum. 🚶‍♂️ And there are also beautiful mountain walking routes nearby — the air is such that you don't want to return to the city! The staff was polite and friendly — they helped with all questions. You can really relax body and soul here. 💆‍♀️ 💚 Be Fine — a place where you want to return! We were at the hotel from 09/24/2025 at a seminar, I really liked what a cool hotel, in the mountains, fresh mountain air from the airport is 30 minutes away, you can walk around the village, even climb the mountain through the hotel, beautiful rooms, clean and cozy, there is a balcony. There is a swimming pool, gym with table tennis, spa, massage. And the food is delicious, thanks a lot to the staff and especially to the head of the hotel, everyone is very hospitable, responsive, ready to help. Many thanks to everyone. We had a rest 16-20.07.25. A great place to relax! The room price includes 3 meals a day, a gym, and an indoor 25 m swimming pool. There is also a paid karaoke room and billiards. Beautiful nature, a few km away there is a recreation center Oh Karagai and a new cable car to the Ak Tas plateau. I recommend it!!!

In general, the hotel is clean, the rooms are new, everything is no frills and very modest. There are no coffee bags in the rooms (this is a rarity), paid bathrobes and an iron with ironing board. Only one room key is issued, which creates additional inconveniences. Is it really so difficult to make additional keys? The food is not bad, but everything is very simple. I really liked the pool with a hammam, we did not walk around the territory, because we were mostly in the neighboring ski resort.

We liked it. It's pretty good. But! The 100,000 tenge number indicates that there will be at least some kind of service. They also helped us lift our things up the stairs, but we had to lower them ourselves. Meals are included, but it's not worth it to go downhill and back up the hill to eat. The food is like in the school cafeteria. The price includes a mini bar. And there are two bottles and two bars in it. Everything is turned off (electrical appliances). The date and time of arrival are known to the administration, but in the heat of +35, even a cooler with water in the room is not needed and, not to mention the air conditioner, simple ventilation would be nice. And I understand that this is nature and insects are normal, but the rats that run around are scary and not completely safe. In general, you can relax. One day is enough. There are no photos, but the views are very beautiful.

For the second time, we moved into rooms with a view of the backyard - for 90 thousand, a view of the backyard is not very good. It's the same with the table, they put it near the stairs. The pool is good, but visiting once a day is not very good. The service will go. The staff is friendly. Clear. The territory is weak - there is not much to do there.

We stayed at the hotel in August. Severe poisoning occurred, and no ambulance was called. They demanded payment for bike rental beyond the time they actually took the bikes for. They also demanded to pay the RENT of an IRON! I've never seen anything like this in any hotel. It would be nice if the adjustment services were provided, otherwise the iron. The place itself is not bad, but the cuisine is terrible, the service is also at zero.

With the apparent decency of the hotel and a significant price tag, everything spoils the attitude towards visitors! They nicknamed themselves the "Georgian cuisine hotel "zhrichedali"": for breakfast there is always porridge and some kind of eggs, a bun, yogurt. Ie, they obviously haven't heard about the buffet here! Or as in some hotels, at least they ask what the visitor would like... But tea is in abundance... But instead of coffee, there is instant parasha in bags, which you can't call coffee. The hotel does have a household coffee machine... in a bar... that is, for money! For lunch, soup, second course and compote! But no! You can't choose again! Two types of soups and two types of the second are equally brought to the company - choose without a choice! It's the same for dinner... They say that for money you can eat normal food, even a good steak... I didn't check it myself... And room service: when we arrived, there were not even water glasses in the room. On the second day, however, glasses miraculously appeared, and on the third day an armchair even appeared on the balcony (although there were two of them in all other rooms). And like the cherry on the cake: there is no iron in the rooms. And there is no one on the floor... But if you call the reception, then for 800 tenge (but they say that each time they call a different price tag) an iron and ironing board will be brought to the room!!! They will not iron it, but only bring an iron! Therefore, everything else just pales against the background of the above ... The condition of the hotel is not bad at all. In some places, of course, collective farm repairs and cheap finishing materials are very striking. But as they say, these are just little things ... I also want to add about the weedy territory, where several rose bushes were planted for beauty, which unfortunately are not able to correct the complete desolation of the garden and the lack of lawn....

We spent an unforgettable week at the Be Fine Hotel in an atmosphere of coziness and comfort. We are coming for the second time. We first got acquainted with the hotel in 2020. And here we are again, but with a new addition to the family, we decided to relax. I must say that after a year and a half, the Be Fine Hotel is still cozy and comfortable. The service is excellent. We didn't have to call the front desk to have the room cleaned. It is enough to hang a sign on the door and go out for a walk through the picturesque places around the hotel. Cleanliness came to the room, clean bed linen, clean towels, new toothbrushes and water in the refrigerator:) It is clear that the work of the entire hotel staff is very well organized. You are a guest and you are the center of attention, surrounded by the care of the staff. The staff is polite and ready to meet your wishes. Literally from the doorway you are greeted with a sincere smile. Delicious cuisine. The hotel is really for families with children. For children of different ages, there is everything you need, high chairs, two playrooms for children from 1 year old and older.
