My stay on April 5th was a complete disaster. In the middle of the night, a burst pipe flooded my room, soaking my belongings and making it impossible to stay there. After the flooding, the staff forced me to change rooms, but only after delaying and acting as if it were a burden for them. There was no apology or genuine concern for the inconvenience caused. - The room change felt rushed and unprofessional, with no effort to explain the situation or reassure me. - Despite the obvious fault in their maintenance, the hotel refused to offer any refund or compensation for the ruined stay. The lack of accountability and basic customer care was shocking. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and money—this place does not prioritize guest comfort or responsibility.

The wonderful, magical town of Amasya! A cozy but tired hotel in the very historical center of the city. Everything is nearby, you can get around everything interesting in a day and relax all evening on the beautifully illuminated embankment! I definitely recommend it!
