There were no explicit rules, signs, or verbal warnings from the waiters or the administration regarding their cake. It took about 2 hours. The waitress comes up to our table in front of the guests and notifies us in front of everyone that if with her cake, we are obliged to pay 200 rubles. All this time, the administration was looking at the camera in the hall and waiting for the guests to drink, eat, and the kids to eat the cake. I would like to note that about 2 hours have passed since unpacking the cake! Accordingly, the mood was spoiled by the administration of the institution. Firstly, why couldn't we have warned you in advance, discussed all this, at least on the day of the event. Secondly, why discuss it openly in front of guests and spoil everyone's mood!? Are you out of your mind? It's a holiday, we've come to relax and have a delicious meal, and you're being so mean to the guests. Then, from the next table, it turns out that the service of your cake costs 100 rubles, which the visitor was warned about in advance, because she wanted to celebrate at this institution the next day. Whose joint is it!? Obviously, on the part of the administration. As a result, 200 rubles were paid in excess of the order, and the mood was spoiled. It's a blatant extortion of visitors. There was a very unpleasant opinion about this institution. A very shameless act. In the future, I recommend that visitors clarify all their questions so that there will be no such unplanned waste.
