My opinion: not bad. The staff is polite, they get in touch, there are flaws in the food. For example, this khinkalna sells khachapuri with bacon and she is one of the few who adds bacon to the cheese filling, and not just puts a slice on top. But for some reason, the trouble is with the hinkals. Either I'm unlucky or the cook can't get them: once they were not cooked, well, sometimes the staff made amends with lemonade. The second time it was better, we cooked it, but unfortunately the khinkali broke and there was no delicious broth, which is half the taste of khinkali. The third one came out the same as the second one. Of the other dishes, I can praise their steak: it came out really tender and juicy. But they don't usually go to the khinkalny for steak. As a result, I only go to them for khachapuri with bacon)

One of my favorite Hinkalen! We go with my husband to it from Uruchye! Kharcho is just as it should be, khinkali with mutton can cook 100%! Today, despite the events at the establishment, our order was made quickly (20 minutes) for the entire order. Thanks to the waiter Alexander and the Administrator Maxim!

Unfortunately, the place has gone bad. Either the cook has changed, or the recipe has been changed. We used to go very often on weekends and on weekdays. The khinkali was gorgeous, one of the best in Minsk. But now minced meat is something incomprehensible in consistency, too finely crushed to the state of a paste with a strong sour taste. So sour that it resembles spoiled meat. They also didn't find the difference between beef and pork: the color is the same (light, like pork everywhere), and everything tastes the same sour. There are also more spices in the minced meat (rather paprika, to give a bright orange-red hue), as if they are trying to disguise something. We don't go to the institution anymore.
