Of the pros: there was a Russian-speaking consultant, a beautiful cosmetics boutique, a large selection, of the cons: you go into the boutique, you are not greeted, you say hello, everyone looks at you in a bunch and is silent ... there is no friendliness, only when I already looked at the consultant and asked "do you speak Russian" she answered yes, then I said what I need and we went to watch. The consultant girl was pleasant, all the other staff looked at the clients and at each other, almost with hatred. Well, that's right, if you describe my impressions in detail.
