I've always had a good opinion of Yandex taxi, but yesterday changed everything. A relative who suffered a stroke was staying with us. The man has a disability. He moves with a cane, but on his own. When he decided to return home, he called a taxi himself. After seeing a disabled person come out of the gate (we live in the private sector of the Monastery), the driver stepped on the gas and disappeared without any explanation. This is piggish! The person is disabled, but he is absolutely adequate. In addition, an escort was traveling with him. When we called the dispatcher and demanded an explanation, we were informed that since we were not calling from of the phone from which the call was made, then they cannot determine which driver is to blame. But this is nonsense! Everything is recorded and all conversations are recorded. The person who called the taxi at that time had already left in another car with his phone. But the attendant tried to talk to the dispatcher from his phone. He was told for 20 minutes that all the dispatchers were busy and he was tired of listening to music on his phone. So no one answered for rudeness. Shame on Yandex!
