All advertising promises like "we'll take care of all the repairs" are just promises, as soon as their foreman Oleg, who is also the head of this company, receives money from you, he will stop answering calls or will feed you stories and breakfasts about how workers are already running to your facility and straight They're about to do everything, but as practice has shown, workers may not even know that they're running to work for you. 1) do not be fooled by promises that the cost of work will not change, it will change 100% and not in your favor (of course, they will forget to issue an additional agreement on new work) 2) also, do not be fooled by promises, we will buy cheaper now, or we will buy it in stock, let it lie with us:from this "warehouse" (as the construction market is called in this organization), they can travel to you for months and years (the main thing is to give money in advance). The result of my repair: the quality is 3 by 5 points, the price is like a top-class repair. I had to look for new contractors to finish/redo some of the work. There was no promised control over the work and its implementation: for example, gypsum lamps were included in the project, but for some reason they were not installed at the stage of ceiling installation (they were purchased and were on site at the time of work), as well as some of the electrics were not removed. Some niches/corners were also blocked up and there were problems with furniture installation. The repair time of the two-room apartment in 60 kV by this company exceeded 3 years and they could not finish it (more precisely, they were not going to finish it, the foreman /manager took the money and planned to disappear). All the workers of this company can be found on the online site (they are only listed in that company) and without overpaying 25% of the cost of work for "Olezhkin stories" to receive repairs of average quality.
