It's better not to come here with a child! The windows do not open, there is no oxygen, things do not dry out for 2 days, they rot. There is a 100-meter queue for breakfast. We lived in all the hotels of this group nearby and this is the most terrible! The attitude is worse than in Turkey, although the price tag is not Turkish 😅 We had a departure to the airport at 6:30 from the hotel, we go past breakfast and see that everything is ready for him, we want to feed the child with yogurt and the girl says that we can't have breakfast with us from 7. Staff, wake up! We paid for this breakfast and you don't mind the yogurt, you're all set! Where is the simple and human attitude?! Service?!

I really liked the rest. The staff is helpful, the kitchen is good, though if you come at the end, there may be a shortage of places. I really liked the beach area, the gym is SUPER. Everything is at an excellent level. Very satisfied. If possible, we will go again.

A great hotel (though very expensive) it has delicious food, there are several restaurants, one is free. (free in this restaurant only breakfast and a choice of lunch or dinner) There is a clean but very hot beach. Well, rooms with beautiful views)

Hello, I was and stayed at this hotel from 2013 to 2018. All the time I was chasing a recipe, some supposedly Russian young man Semyon or Egor, some Tatar who was offended all the time, some crazy people. The first one insulted my expensive clothes all the time and clung to the basic rights that I was not allowed to exercise at the hotel. Then he took a "pen" allegedly to help refugees. Then he made me work on the recipe and serve the guests. He was incorrect again and hinted at some kind of orthodox universal equality of service and any, which I had not seen in Russia. Moreover, according to the reviews of other guests, Muscovites and Petersburgers, money and small household items were constantly stolen from them. Please figure it out!

Great family hotel. Good location, great food. Large green area. A nice children's room. But a huge minus is a dirty beach. After a single swim in the sea, all the legs were covered in black tar stains. We spent the whole vacation swimming in the pools.

Харошая хастиница, лифт прасторны, кармили так, што прыходиш и бярэш што хочыш, но тока са сталовай иду вынасиць была нильзя) дык я еу аж празапас! А ясчэ всигда воврэмя миняли пасцельнае билё, аж жонка праслизилась, такое яно было чыстае, аж спать на им жалка была, а то праваняе))

My first stay in your hotel was in 2020. And I made a wish with the above ☝🏼 after I was lucky enough to rest again in 2022 in early January, right after the new year - it was wonderful.
I may not have met the New Year in the UAE, but I felt it with all my cells.
I really like your hotel and the food is great and the staff is very friendly and the beach is gorgeous. The view is just standing on the sail of Al Burd Alrab.
I advise everyone to visit the Jumeirah Beach Hotel 5* 👐🏼✨✨✨

I don't understand the rave reviews about the hotel. We were there in May, an ordinary hotel, 5 stars does not pull. The food is ordinary, sometimes even tasteless, the service is also so-so. And the most terrible thing is that my child was bitten by bedbugs there, at first I thought that mosquitoes were bitten, but after studying the photos of bites and the time of biting (the child was spinning all night and could not sleep peacefully), I realized that these were bedbugs, in general, some kind of horror. The child has the whole crotch, ass, legs, stomach in bites.
The second child was allergic to the powder with which the laundry was washed, the whole vacation was spent in the treatment of children. The fact that they wash the laundry with wild chemicals is especially felt on the floor from where the road to the beach is.
The only plus of this hotel is very beautiful sunsets!

The view from the room is beautiful if you live on the 20th floor, the beach is great. The food and dining room can't be called anything else, it sucks completely. There are queues for breakfast 🤣. Well, the deposit system in the hotel is just disgusting configured. Check the bill at the check-out, they wanted to heat us for 650 dirhams
