Inconspicuous helpful staff, cozy rooms all with views of the sea and Burj al Arab, perfect cleanliness, delicious and plentiful food, excellent beach, several pools on the territory for amateurs, Wil Wadi Aqua Park (not the best in Dubai, of course, but for children it is quite normal.) with unlimited visits (entrance from the hotel). The territory itself is a blooming garden with many restaurants. The views in all directions are beautiful! The perfect location, proximity to all the sights. One of the best hotels in Dubai! In every way.

The rooms are clean, they clean 2 times a day, they prepare for bed, ELEMIS cosmetics, what's cool is every day at night some new test tube before going to bed, then a massage gel for the neck, then a moisturizer, then a pillow spray for better sleep, it's very nice, they clean the same, what do you tip, Which is not ... The territory is huge, we walked for health, a lot of local glamour and all sorts of ladies come on weekends. The problem with an ordinary taxi is to leave the hotel, they are in demand, Careem gives a normal price, then higher, but always a car on call through the app arrives with the meter turned on, and Lexuses that impersonate a taxi are 2-3 times more expensive, or even more. In the pools from 2023 to 2024, small tiles flew off. While everything is great, the territory is being updated, the rooms are super, the pools are starting to "get tired".

We went as a family: mom, dad and 2 children (9 and 15 years old). The room is a family room, I don't remember the exact name (deluxe and something else). Half board. We had a rest for May 2024. 1. The hotel is old. Tired. There are chips somewhere. The furniture is old. The design of the noughties or 90s... The mattress is comfortable! The pillows are terrible, there is no choice of pillows. The bathroom is large. The swimsuits did not dry out for a couple of days. One of the sinks in the bathroom was constantly clogged, they asked to punch it, it seemed to get better, and then it was the same again. 2. Nutrition: Breakfast is not bad. I liked poached eggs with avocado toast the most, we found out that fish could be added there at the last breakfast, when salmon was added from somewhere under the table to the man on request. Smoothies are delicious. The children liked the rolls. If you come to breakfast after 9, then there is a huge queue. The room number is checked for each group that arrives, then handed over to the girl who brings it to the table. And there are not so many such girls (2 or 3), and everyone is standing and waiting for her to take them away and come back. But we came early to go to the sea early, it was quite free. Although I do not understand this artificial creation of a queue, since someone else can easily sit at the table at which you were seated, if you did not leave something there. But, I repeat, there is a lot of space early in the morning and the queue is small. The dinner is monotonous. At first I liked it, for a week I got tired of the same thing (a huge area of Indian, real Indian, cuisine, and always the same, we don't eat spicy food). Well, the fact that there is not even water at dinner is still strange. It's normal that you have to pay for alcohol, but water... we were in an Italian restaurant. Not bad, but for a very long time. With a limited menu and not a full fit, it would be possible to serve faster. (waiting for dishes for 40-45 minutes, how can you make salads for so long). 3. The beach. A very small buoy-fenced swimming area. It is impossible to swim. The bay is empty in terms of livestock. The water is very warm in May. The sand is clean, the sunbeds are neat. It's nice that they bring bottles of water on the beach, you can order juices and something else, but we didn't want to eat after breakfast. Well, the purest Turkey: we come to the sea at 8, there is not a soul on the beach, but all the sun beds are occupied!!! Well, guys, how is it????!!!! It is necessary to bypass part of the beach, where you can find places on long-distance lines. At 11 we were leaving, and people were starting to come up. Ugh! Just ugh! 4. Swimming pools. We went to the pool once, only one child swam, and the next night he spent in the toilet vomiting. We haven't been to the pool anymore. 5. Water park. There are a lot of people, queues, slides are so-so, there are no places to leave things. We went once, I didn't want to go anymore. 6. Everyone here writes about the infrastructure, we did not find any infrastructure, or rather, no one told us about it, there is no information, you will not ask something at the reception, and you will not find out. They even asked "where is everyone standing in line and driving cars?", and did not receive an answer. 7. Good sound insulation in the rooms. 8. Room cleaning: for some reason, they clean 2 times a day, and the circle from the cup on the bedside table has not been wiped in a week. Cleaning for show. The best way to get disappointed in Elemis cosmetics! Some kind of the most disgusting shampoo and conditioner. 9. A lot of women with low social responsibility in the evenings in the hotel lobby... I was not ready to tell a 9-year-old child what kind of aunts they were... And this is a family hotel???!!! 10. Absolutely stupid entrance to the hotel: buses do not fit well, there is a constant traffic jam from cars, and in the evening, when moths get into cars to customers, they do not drive up at all, although the traffic jam is not only in the evening. And it is difficult to approach the hotel on foot: there is a narrow path along the roadway, which was blocked by repairs, so we walked along the roadway with the children. 11. There is nothing near the hotel, somewhere to walk or have a snack - there is nothing around, just take a taxi. 12. All rooms have sea views and the hotel is a sail. But the windows don't open, so no sea noise and wind from the sea at night, like in a sealed box with air conditioning. In general, there is no desire to return to the hotel! There is nothing for a little boy or a teenage son to do there. And in general, the emirate itself did not seem to be at all for holidays with children.

The old hotel, the lobby is not cozy, 3/4 stars, arrived at 9 a.m., asked for early check-in, said OK, pay extra, eventually waited 3 hours. We checked in at 13 o'clock. They gave me a room with a view of the pool construction site, they drill and saw around the clock, 24/7 without interruptions, they say it themselves, so why make a pool this season, do it in summer or winter. The rooms without a balcony are probably boring (without fresh air, the carpet is very old, stained, the smell, sockets, etc. everything is dusty. the balcony is deaf, like in the old sanatoriums of the Black Sea. It's very dirty, the furniture is all dusty and stained, they haven't sat even once, the curtains are the same, plus the hooks are broken, the curtains don't close until the end, they don't block the light, they had to pin it with a hairpin, the doorways to the balcony are all covered in dust and dirt, here in the photo this nightmare and part of the balcony... at the end of the vacation they were stolen money from the bag.
