It's a nice room, small, but it has everything you need! New Hammer strength and Life fitness machines, music, there is a crossfit zone, everything is very clean and pleasant, golden era bodybuilders are on TV (Kevin Levron was on my visit). Spacious, clean locker rooms, helpful coaches and a nice girl at the reception! What else is needed?)

Objectively, this is the best gym in the city - location, service, spacious locker rooms, a huge amount of equipment and inventory. On the downside, it can be difficult to park a car and the size of the gym area. But these disadvantages only appear during rush hour.

It's all good. Except for the number of people during rush hour. It's like there aren't any more fitness rooms in the city. There are voprs on dosage and serving size in the sports bar. There is a persistent feeling that they are being deceived a little. Also, girls cannot unequivocally and confidently answer questions about products. They won't give you a reservation. There is not enough sauna. The locker rooms are clean. In the showers too.
