I made a request to replace the soles in the Red wing moccasins. The service was provided in a high-quality manner, in compliance with all technological procedures. The wish is that after processing the shoes on the finisher, it would be logical to purge the product from rubber and leather dust. I contacted this workshop once again, relying on positive previous experience. It was necessary to repair the peeling of the leather upper from the sole in one place and replace the worn backs (pockets) of your favorite sneakers. If the first problem did not cause any questions during acceptance, then the second one puzzled the craftsmen. I was immediately warned that there was no such grid color and most likely I would have to use a black one with an exit to the outside. Given my desire to preserve the original color, the guys did an excellent job with this request. Thank them! Bravo!

I was a client of this workshop once: There are no complaints about the quality of the work done, everything is fine. But the price tag is twice too high. We sewed Velcro on sandals for 20p. (Autumn 2024). I had to agree, because circumstances were pressing. The second time I handled the sneaker, they charged 45p. and without warranty. I refused, they did it perfectly in another workshop for 15p. (Summer 2025). Maybe it makes sense to come here with some expensive shoes and non-standard work. I don't know, I won't go on my own anymore.

The story will be long :). I live in the house next door, I periodically went to this store to buy sheet leather. You feel like a "muggle" who got into the shop of pure-blooded wizards there. The communication of the staff is very arrogant (there is a feeling that you were not invited here). And God forbid that you voice your opinion about the prices of local services. Twice I heard from the side a tale about what kind of fords are all around, who do not appreciate the highest level of manual work, they say, "they come to us from Europe specifically, that's where they know the price of such skill." But it was all an outside view. And so I decided to use their services directly, to touch the great, so to speak. I bring leather sneakers with the sole worn off on the heel. I ask you to glue the sole and clean the sneakers. A man with a frowning face opens the bag containing sneakers with one finger and ultimatum declares that cleaning is only with painting. I agree. ( Well, apparently there is no other way when cleaning the skin, for an ideal result of their level ) Then the second attempt to "scare me off". They tell me the price of the work. But I agree. The master's face softens, no longer so fastidiously takes the sneakers out of the bag and examines them. Draws up the paperwork. Informing me that they will contact me when it is ready. It was the middle of April, it wasn't urgent for me, so I forget about them. But by the end of the month I remember, I'm going to go in to find out what happened, but I get a call from the administrator saying that unfortunately the deadlines are delayed, but everything will definitely be fine. I'm just getting interested and I'm humbly waiting. Almost another month passes ... The administrator calls me again and says that the sole could not be cleaned, so they only glued the bottom part. It turns out that the list of works included "gluing the sole, cleaning it and painting (its upper part) ". After learning about the misunderstanding, I was offered to clean and paint the skin, but I refused and went to pick up the sneakers. I was wondering if I had heard any apologies on the subject of deadlines. I didn't find out anything myself, just joked about the "minimalistic sole" - they didn't appreciate it). (in the photo, you can look at this sheet of ordinary rubber ). And I would not write this review with a moral: "Keep it simple, no matter what kind of experts you are, because the day will come when you will screw up." But a year has passed, and the sole has come off :). And now I rate it for the quality of the work.

At Belsky 12, the quality of the repair is disgusting, the cost absolutely does not match the quality. I would have expected this from a basement workshop in a provincial town. All advertising photos about painting, apparently, are lies)) He did not pick up both pairs and left them for revision. When painting and choosing materials by the master, as I understood it, the principle of "what we do more is what we do" was used. Therefore, the brown glossy shoes were painted a matte coral color, the backs were made of black fabric, apparently there was also a lot of it, as well as the cheapest leatherette for lining. Sneakers made of perforated white leather stopped being perforated after painting, the tongue in them was dirty before restoration, and remained)) And finally, the receptionist said that I was to blame for this)) In general, as a place to change the pads or glue the sole, the quality went wherever. Everything about the restoration - the information, in my opinion, is untrue. I think that if $1,000 shoes are brought to Belsky for touch-up and they do something like that with them, then the employees will have problems.

Prices for services are unreasonably high and do not correspond to the quality of performance, apparently to Shalaev (the owner of the workshops)There's just not enough money for overseas voyages. They position themselves as super professionals, in fact everything is very mediocre and sometimes even very bad.
