В 11 утра пустовато. С 11:30 начинает идти народ. В основном местные- показатель качества для меня. Своих кормят хорошо обычно. Внутри чисто. Два зала. Приносят очень быстро. Вщял половину плова. Помидоры с луком. Официант предложил перепелинные яйца - взял, но не понял смысл их в плов добавлять. Плов прекрасен. Мясо мягкое. Не очень много жира. Вкус сладковатый. Обильно барбарис и желтая морковь. Очень рассыпчатый рис при этом. Плюс в том, что нет зажаренного мяса, рис светлый, умеренно масла подсолнечного. Не тяжелый для желудка. Рекомендую посетить. Приходить в 11-11:30. Как раз свежий плов и несного людей еще

The day before, I was in another vaunted "top" place in Bukhara, it was more expensive there and the evil one left because they put one fat, not meat, and they also cheated, they took 18,000 for 2 small pieces of kaza, then they took 2 times cheaper and put 4 pieces, so there they still had to approach and beg several times to come up and accept the order! In the "Highway" everything is much better, in short I recommend it!

Обслуживание хорошее, плов хороший, но место больше пользуется популярностью у местных. Атмосфера больше напоминает столовую, но все в классическом варианте оформлено. Места много, но по выходным практически все занято. Что касается плова, он вкусный, много добавок к нему предлагают, но все же есть места где понравился больше плов) отдельное спасибо официантам за хорошее обслуживание) 4 звёзды только за то что кушал в Бухаре плов вкуснее)

Вкусный плов. Приходить надо с 12:00 до 14:00. Посоветовал местный житель это заведение. Быстро принесли плов. Атмосфера быстрого питания. Здесь очень много местных кушает, а это хороший показатель.

Классное место. Раньше это была столовая, в которой кушали дальнобои. Большое пространство, но столики отгорожены, уютно. Брали плов Ош Софи 0,7 по 22 000. Плов вкусный. Салат огурцы с помидорами 6 000. Удобно, что везде обслуживание сразу в чек включают, здесь 10%.

Очень вкусный плов и только ради этого стоит сюдп приехать и попробовать. В залах обычно мужчины и редко встретишь клиента женщину. Обслуживание в час пик часто не успевает и счет покажут нажимав на калькулятор без чека стоит ли этого ? Да. Обязательно нужно пробовать

Место - огонь в плане еды! Абсолютный рекомендасьон!
Плов и манты здесь просто космос! Для местных - Магистраль номер 1 и оказалось не просто так.
Работают до 14:00, так что учитывайте этот момент и приходите заранее на пир живота)
