I found the plov by and large ok, no more and no less. The meat was tough and sinewy, the kasi (kaz), so to speak, horse sausage was not tasty at all and one of the worst I have eaten in Uzbekistan. The day before, I was in another vaunted "top" place in Bukhara, it was more expensive there and the evil one left because they put one fat, not meat, and they also cheated, they took 18,000 for 2 small pieces of kaza, then they took 2 times cheaper and put 4 pieces, so there they still had to approach and beg several times to come up and accept the order!
