Dignities: The staff is very friendly. We were given transport cards for the duration of our stay, on which we deposited money with the help of the girls at the reception and used public transport without any problems. Breakfast has no choice, but it is delicious and satisfying. If you don't eat some of the breakfast items, you won't stay hungry anyway. It is served to everyone on a large tray. The cleaning at check-in is good, there are no mold spots in the shower. Disadvantages: The room is angular, two batteries without adjustment, it's very hot in the middle of November. The peeling headboard of the eco-leather bed. It's disgusting. The toilet seat is not fixed. The towels are torn, it's indecent to serve them in hotels of any level.

This is not the first time I have stayed at the Brown Hotel in Astana. A wonderful hotel! Very cozy, clean, calm and quiet! Great hotel: quiet, peaceful, cozy, all within easy reach. Grocery stores, cafes, currency exchanges are all nearby, the staff is polite, you can choose a room with breakfast, you can choose without, a bathroom and a shower cabin in the room, as well as TV and air conditioning. Excellent location in a quiet location. The rooms are cozy, warm and clean. There are no foreign odors. Cleaning and towel change daily. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure and fast draining. Delicious, varied and hearty breakfasts. We booked on the recommendation of friends and did not regret it. The disadvantages are minor, but perhaps they are fundamental to someone: the audibility of the neighbors is high, the shower stalls are cramped, and bathing is problematic for the obese.

There are few outlets in the room, it will only be enough if one person lives in the room. There is no chest of drawers for things, only a wardrobe for outerwear. I'll start with the pros, there aren't many of them. These are great breakfasts, different every day and one serving for two people. A very nice woman who cooks them. There are shops, cafes nearby, I liked the Spar store, they took ready-made food there. Of the cons, the room has a very dim light and in the bathroom too, the girls will have to make up standing at the window, there is no bottled water in the room and an access point on the floor, they bought the water themselves, there is also no kettle, they asked then, although there are glasses and cups. In general, the furniture and repairs in the room are tired. The towels are grey, although they were changed every day, this is a plus. Garbage is also cleaned every day. They ran out of soap and toilet paper, they didn't bring it, they didn't ask for it, it was all their own. The bed linen is crumbling from old age and most importantly, all the sights are located at a distance of about 4 km from the hotel.

Near the Republic street with many shops, within walking distance of the embankment and the Arbat. 24-hour front desk. Very thoughtful interior. The room is clean and beautiful. The mattress is very comfortable. The staff is responsive and polite. We checked in at 12 at night, and considering that we needed to spend 2 nights, we paid the cost not for 2 days, but for 1.5. Excellent value for money.
