A beautiful mall by the sea with a lovely view of the Corniche. Great mix of shops, cafes, and entertainment options. You can reach it by taxi or local bus from the city centre — it’s about a 10-minute ride.

Great place, lots of cafes, restaurants around, one of the advantages is the location of the beach. Only one minus is the distance from the city center, in the evening there are big traffic jams and it is difficult to get to the center and back.

Disgusting!! Security said to park electro scooter outside on the “special” parking. After 10 mins it was stolen!! I mean 1600aed stuff is stolen and nobody cares. The security man in a black suet says: it’s ok, it happens often, guys from “Careem” could take it and move on the other place. It’s impossible, because it’s privet scooter and completely different, there can’t be a mistake! I am pretty sure it’s kinda dirty business and the owners of the Mall must take care of this mess! I thought it is solid Mall, unfortunately, is a simple 3d country world bazaar.

Recommend you to visit here and use food court in here. Most of them are fast foods, but due to this, you can take way and eat at terrace. It is one of most economical way to enjoy Dubai marina view with meal

I haven't been here in the mall for almost twenty years. A wonderful place on the shore of the bay with magnificent views of it. On my first visit, the center, which I visited almost immediately after entering troy, seemed huge. Now, even here in the emirate, it is unlikely to be in the top ten in terms of size. But in terms of occupancy, it's probably one of the first. There are a lot of people. There is a place to have a delicious meal. Boutiques of most popular global brands.

Positive: There is a huge shopping center, there are a lot of shops, almost everything, the location was great for us 15-20 minutes on foot, the food is very tasty +- prices like in Russia, everyone will find what they love, if you have a small English vocabulary, it doesn't matter, the staff calmly explains how it is, also the staff are very kind and smile when they see you, there is gatara of folios for $ 2 million Minuses: Some days there are a lot of people who can't get through. A wonderful shopping mall in the Marina area. Within walking distance from the tram stop and metro, the shopping center itself is on the highway. A convenient and very logical, intuitive system of entry and exit (from and to the parking lot) by car (the emirate is focused primarily on drivers). Cafes and restaurants start working earlier than boutiques and salons. For breakfast lovers, go here. There are escalators between the floors, of course. The grocery store is not bad: there is everything. A good pork department: laying out meat and all kinds of delicacies in full. They will cut up everything that is not kosher or dirty and pack it in the best possible way. Fruits and vegetables are probably so-so, and fruits after Asia seem to have an insane price, but there are 5 types of mango. But this is Dubai. There's a lot of ready-made food. In general, the food department of the mall is excellent. Prices are about the same as in the ABC of Taste. Below the floor, there's a parking lot, a good alcohol market, pandemonium on weekends, all non-drinkers pour beer, sparkling whiskey, etc. etc. The prices are good, the choice is excellent. Three cash desks are open. You need a passport or ID to purchase bottles. On the ground floor: currency exchange, ATMs, bank offices, in general, everything monetary is here. There is more than enough parking for cars. The air conditioning is excellent, the toilets are quite good, clean without foreign odors, the atmosphere is not collective farm, everything is sterile. It's the Marina Mall. There's not much to do here all day. It's easy to eat and drink coffee, buy some kind of outfit. In general, it is mandatory to visit, designed for residents of this popular area. Going here from afar, like to the Dubai Mall, is certainly not worth it. But it's easy to spend a couple of hours here.

I was at the mall in October 2025. I liked it better than the Dubai Mall. Everything is compact. Branded stores are present. Nice and big Brands For Less store. There is an African alcohol store in the underground parking lot. The grocery store is on the 0 floor, but the prices are higher than in local Carifures

For those who rarely visit such shopping malls, this can be a real shock. But those who come here often have already got used to it. The place is very clean: there is a place for prayer, the toilets are in excellent condition, the security is friendly. I especially liked the alcohol store, which is located on the lowest floor. You won't find this in a regular supermarket. There is parking and access to the piers, which allows you to enjoy the beautiful view. I've been here several times already, and every time I find something new here.

A very pleasant and cozy place for shopping and relaxing. Compared to other malls in Dubai, it is more compact and chambered, which, in my opinion, makes the atmosphere more relaxed. There is no fuss here, you can safely go shopping, drink coffee with a view of the embankment and just enjoy the time. There is everything you need: good brands, a cinema, delicious restaurants. I was especially pleased with the location — next to the Marina, so you can combine a walk by the water with a visit to the shopping center. An excellent choice for both family activities and individual vacations.

This is probably our favorite place. In general , the entire Dubai Marina area is our second home , our neighborhood is a beautiful promenade, a crowded chic promenade at any time of the year . There are a lot of cafes where you are invited , for every taste and budget. You can also book a yacht, go on a boat trip with dinner. One of the most popular tourist destinations 💪🏽

Luxurious, huge, with lots of entertainment, but the prices here are higher than in other malls. More precisely, in malls far from the main tourist spots. For example, the shopping malls in Deira and Dubai Hills seemed cheaper to me. Moreover, even the discount rates here and there may be the same, but in the hinterland there are more inexpensive options. And so, of course, everything is very cool. I was particularly impressed with the Chinese food hall: it's not that expensive, and it's very diverse.
