Great place, lots of cafes, restaurants around, one of the advantages is the location of the beach. Only one minus is the distance from the city center, in the evening there are big traffic jams and it is difficult to get to the center and back.

Disgusting!! Security said to park electro scooter outside on the “special” parking. After 10 mins it was stolen!! I mean 1600aed stuff is stolen and nobody cares. The security man in a black suet says: it’s ok, it happens often, guys from “Careem” could take it and move on the other place. It’s impossible, because it’s privet scooter and completely different, there can’t be a mistake!
I am pretty sure it’s kinda dirty business and the owners of the Mall must take care of this mess! I thought it is solid Mall, unfortunately, is a simple 3d country world bazaar.

This shopping mall is one of the best in Dubai! It is in a convenient location, easily accessible both by car and by public transport.

Nice shopping center. There are many shops, access on two sides, fountains and restaurants with a veranda on the Marina side, beauty.
Great location, close to blue water. We lived in the Hilton and walked to this shopping center every evening.
I especially liked the "mom and baby" and "dad and baby" rooms! I didn't have to use them on previous trips) everything is clean, beautiful and smells delicious, the child didn't want to leave) I attached a photo. We were impressed because in Russia, shopping malls are mostly very poor and often uncomfortable with these rooms.

Unexpectedly, there is a good shopping center within walking distance in the marina area. A pleasant promenade for walking. The mall itself is small compared to the Dubai Mall, but it has some good shops. For connoisseurs, for example, Fred Perry is a small but excellent store. The Dubai mall is similar - much worse. I advise you to visit the shopping center for those who live nearby - and take a walk (it's especially beautiful there in the evening) and do some shopping.

Conveniently located is a small mall by modern standards. I didn't really like the shopping center, the usual local shopping center, which is a huge number in Moscow, St. Petersburg and other major cities. Mass-market brands, chain stores like Sephora, NM, etc., prices are like everywhere else in Dubai, I would say the choice is below average, all stores are small.
There is a terrible problem with elevators, because there are a lot of visitors, and for some reason everyone wants to use elevators, which are few, and although there are escalators. With children and strollers, you will be stunned there during rush hour. Do not take a local taxi from the Mall, the prices are simply sky-high, (150 dirhams were charged from us to the Sofitel in a 15-minute walk, and no counters, of course).
In general, I do not recommend it as a separate place, unless you live nearby and need to buy something specific.

We bought men's sneakers in the Nike department, you can buy sneakers from the old collection for 400-500 dirhams, from the new one for 600-800 dirhams, a men's tracksuit is warm in the region of 1000 dirhams, a T-shirt from the new collection of 200 dirhams. In Kiko's department, they took 40 dirhams of lipstick and 80 dirhams of powder. We visited in October 2024.

Everyone knows everything about this Mall. Very beautiful, many brands. It smells good. The toilets are cleaner and tastier than many of our apartments!! The funniest thing, not everyone knows, is that on the 2nd floor, opposite the cinema and fast food, there is a store selling branded items from old collections. The prices are super low!!! There is everything from things to aromatics and dishes)))! Take a large cart and a three-hour time reserve.
