I want to tell you my story of buying an apartment through the Housing Balance. I learned about this organization quite a long time ago, when they still had an office on Pushkinskaya Street. But then I didn't need my place badly, and to be honest, everything seemed somehow too profitable, it seemed like everything was a hoax. But after a couple of years, I got married, had a baby, and the lack of my own housing began to play a role. There was a choice: either a balance sheet or a housing loan. The loan was uncomfortable with monthly payments and overpayments to the bank. After consulting with relatives, the choice fell on the balance. We went for a group consultation, then an individual one, and in September we signed a 15-year contract for a 3-room apartment. We had an initial payment, which accelerated the accumulation stage. The amount was deposited every month, more than the plan suggested, but it was done taking into account the fact that the accumulation plan would go faster. So in early October, Maria, a specialist, called me and said that we had been included in the deal plan, and that we could start looking for an apartment. Further actions with the Balance have already been followed through the Marina. She also completely took over the interaction with the agency, without my visiting, which gave me the opportunity not to be distracted from my business. Yes, at the stage of accumulation, there were bad thoughts that this might not be true, but in contrast, there were articles and video reports in the media that people really accumulate and buy their homes through this cooperative. Also at work, I shared with my colleagues about the cooperative, because there are families who also need to buy their own homes. One colleague joined the cooperative in the summer, and several others waited for me to save up and buy a place to live. Now they are also ready to go to a consultation to find out more) The apartment was chosen in Brest, in the East, in a very convenient location: very close to a children's clinic, a shopping center, 2 parks, as well as kindergartens and schools in the courtyard. The whole transaction took one day, or to be precise, 2 meetings (I was present only at the BTI when buying a house and at the bank when the payment was made - Maria handled the rest). So I would like to express my gratitude to Housing Balance for helping me purchase my own home, and in particular to Maria for accompanying the transaction.
