I've been here for competitions, it's easy to get a taxi from the border. The people are friendly, there are many Russian speakers (they suggested how to call a taxi, which number to dial). A very friendly atmosphere prevails not only on the ice arena itself, but also in the city. The enthusiastic shouts of Russians and Estonians could be heard from the stands. It was very nice)
