Excellent hotel, convenient location, the rooms were clean,the food was good, we only had breakfast, we paid 60 dirhams and had dinner at the hotel, it was very comfortable and delicious, our room had a kitchen with everything you needed,a tile, a kettle, dishes,a microwave,a washing machine, an iron,ironing board, 2 bottles of drinking water, coffee, tea, cream were replenished in the room every day. There is a very nice shop across the street where you can buy everything you need and there is an exchange office.

Dear guests, we are pleased to share our impressions of the apartment hotel. The spacious and comfortable rooms exceeded all our expectations. Every detail has been thought out in each room for a comfortable stay. I would especially like to mention the presence of a fully equipped kitchen, which turned out to be very convenient. The advantages of the place are a good location on the Dubai Marina next to the JBR, a little away from the center, but within walking distance, nearby there are affordable shops, cafes, and access to the embankment. The hotel itself is already old, battered, as they say, there is a mosque nearby, for the first two days the azan woke you up at five in the morning, but from the third day you get used to it and no longer wake up. The breakfast is average, you can eat, but no more. Polite staff. If a budget and a good location are important, I can recommend it, if there is an opportunity to spend more, then I would choose something more expensive.

5 days and 4 nights. 1.5km walk to the sea, everything that is closer is much more expensive. the location is quite good, opposite Pyaterochka 24h, the Marina Mall is a 20-minute walk away, but apart from cosmetics and apples there is nothing to do there, prices are not affordable, houses are many times cheaper for a real company. Ah! there's an African in the basement, the only chain where you can buy a drunk, beer 800r/liter... and whiskey is cheaper than KB). The hotel itself is empty... a normal 3-room apartment, the rooms are pleasant, spacious, the staff works as they should. There is a fun pool on the roof (not shallow). cosmetics are fucked up in places, but that's if you're just picking on them) I definitely recommend it. very good for reasonable money.

They were in early May 2025. The location is very convenient - you can walk to the public beach and to the metro and to the Marina Mall in 15-20 minutes. Very nice view from the window/balcony to the Marina. The room has everything - a kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishes, even a toaster!), washing machine, ironing board with iron. A huge comfortable bed. If you need extra space for a child, bring not a cot, but a full-fledged bed with a thick mattress. Huge snow-white towels are changed every day. Yes, it's clear that everything is not new anymore, but there is no mold, the smell is normal, they clean every day perfectly, even the dishes can be washed. The rooftop pool is also tired, but the water is clean, warm, and pleasant to swim in. The staff is responsive, and if problems arise, everything is resolved instantly. Basic English is enough to communicate at the reception. If something is unclear, the staff uses translators on a smartphone)) There were no questions about the Internet, you can watch the video, there is enough speed. We only had breakfast. The restaurant is on the ground floor with a view of the Marina. It's not a big choice, but it's enough for breakfast. Delicious coffee. We took a paid lunch at the same restaurant on the menu - I didn't really like it... But we didn't like the cuisine very much in the nearest cafes/restaurants, it's individual. For the price we paid (less than 10t.p. day) - a great hotel!

Upon arrival at the airport, we immediately exchanged dollars for dirhams, as the hotel deposit was 200 dirhams and the tax was 60 dirhams (non-refundable), we were 2 adults and 1 child (7 years old). The location is excellent, the beach is 15 minutes away, there is a toilet on the beach, a Playground, sun beds for a fee.From the beach there is a transfer to Bluewaters.Nearby are McDonalds and other fast food outlets.The meals were breakfast and dinner, we went to another hotel for about 7-10 minutes, everything was delicious at breakfast, basically standard, but varied, but the dinners were a little meager, but there were always fruits: watermelon and melon.The hotel provided water every day, cleaning every day, the room had no balcony, and things didn't dry well.There is a mosque nearby, it did not cause us any inconvenience. the room has a washing machine,kitchen, unused.The shower in the bathroom was not comfortable, but rather a faucet without a removable shower.There is a swimming pool on the roof, as well as a sauna. The adapters for the outlet took their own.There is a hairdryer in the room. Near the metro, we went on our own to the old town (Al Seef district), to Kite Beach, and to the fountains. if necessary, we used a translator on the phone, and the 2Gis application, it works without Internet access, respectively, without geolocation.

The hotel is not bad, the reception is not very good, and you immediately think that the rooms will not be very good either. It's very good for 3*. The Wi-Fi is excellent on site and catches a little not far from it. Tea, coffee, and water are replenished regularly, as is cleaning. The food was mostly monotonous, but it was enough. I liked lunch the most. Dinner is not very good, mostly everything is spicy, even pasta. If there was enough breakfast, we took croissants with jam and coffee/juice. It takes 25-30 minutes to get to the sea without hurrying. There is a shop opposite the hotel where you can exchange currency.

Jannah Marina Bay Suites Hotel is located right in Dubai Marina, with stunning views and close access to the beach - literally a 15-minute walk across the bridge with Dubai landscapes😎 The room (apartment) itself is very decent, although it is clear that it is a little "tired": there is a kitchen, a washing machine, an ironing board and all amenities, even water is put on every day, and not all hotels, even 5-star ones, do this. There is a nice pool on the roof and a lot of sun beds with umbrellas - at lunch, when the "wild" heat is on, you can safely go to the roof and then return to the beach🔥 The hotel also has a very friendly and pleasant staff who will respond to any request and always greet you with a smile from a walk. Example of the situation: there were Chinese sockets in the room and the staff at our request gave us an adapter) We took accommodation with breakfast - delicious and good! The choice is not like in "Turkey 5 stars", but we were fine) Probably the only minus that I can note (and that was not a minus for us) - at 5 a.m., singing from the mosque was very clearly audible, but we woke up literally for a second, and then we got used to it) I definitely recommend it!
