Pros:
Location - to the beach, to the metro is almost the same, 10 minutes

Cons:
Reception- there are few places to sit; employees are sluggish; deposit 200 etc.
The condition of the hotel - the doors are terrible; do not book a room without a balcony, there is no place to dry a swimsuit; gym, for the view, the exercise equipment is old; rooftop pool, no staff, sauna did not work;
The dining room is in the next building, 5-7 minutes on foot. The food is passable.
I would also like to mention the seller of tours on the 1st floor - not a pleasant type, interest in you disappears after selling excursions at inflated prices. As a gift for others, he gave 2 silver NOL cards, said that there were 20 others on the balance. In fact, by zeros.

Excellent apartment. It is located literally in the center of everything. We were vacationing with two children of 2 and 6 years old. 04/13/2024, We took breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is not very conveniently located in another building, but it did not cause problems. Bed linen and towels were changed every other day. Excellent staff, good cleaning. Dubai in the very heart!

A very cool hotel. We rested for the first time at the breakfast base . The view from the room is awesome (to the Marina), the room went to the side, everything was clearly visible, they did not pay extra for the view. Very good variety of breakfasts (buffet) , within walking distance of the metro, a Russian-Uzbek restaurant , many cafes , berths from which pleasure yachts depart (from $ 50 with dinner), 15 minutes walk to the beach. The location of the hotel is very good. For those staying at the hotel, a 20% discount on lunch and dinner (we, however, did not eat there).

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days. I chose a hotel on the Marina at an affordable price.
Poles: location, close to JBR beach, there are shops nearby, the promenade, everything is very successful in this regard.
Minuses:
Breakfast at a nearby hotel, not very convenient
The breakfasts are generally normal, but there was not enough variety.
There are rooms without a balcony-the windows do not open there, the room is musty, there is no way to ventilate, because of this, the smell in the room was not pleasant. Things need to be washed after the vacation.
Cleaning-we cleaned every day, there are no complaints about this
The hotel is shabby, shabby somewhere, for unassuming tourists. If the budget allows, you can choose a Signature Apartment-it will be better.
Near Rove Marina, Wyndham, they are also better.
Bottom line: for its price, the hotel is a solid three, if it is possible to pay extra, it is better to choose something else

I am currently staying at this hotel in November 2024. I don't advise anyone. The rooms are tired, they only give out 2 large towels and one for hands, the sewer stinks very much. Jannah Marina Bay Suites Hotel is located right in Dubai Marina, with stunning views and close access to the beach - literally a 15-minute walk across the bridge with Dubai landscapes😎 The room (apartment) itself is very decent, although it is clear that it is a little "tired": there is a kitchen, a washing machine, an ironing board and all amenities, even water is put on every day, and not all hotels, even 5-star ones, do this. There is a nice pool on the roof and a lot of sun beds with umbrellas - at lunch, when the "wild" heat is on, you can safely go to the roof and then return to the beach🔥 The hotel also has a very friendly and pleasant staff who will respond to any request and always greet you with a smile from a walk. Example of the situation: there were Chinese sockets in the room and the staff at our request gave us an adapter) We took accommodation with breakfast - delicious and good! The choice is not like in "Turkey 5 stars", but we were fine) Probably the only minus that I can note (and that was not a minus for us) - at 5 a.m., singing from the mosque was very clearly audible, but we woke up literally for a second, and then we got used to it) I definitely recommend it! Not bad, I liked it, I've been to better places because of this, not all 5. It doesn't bother me, but if someone suddenly cares, then
• the "dining room" is a separate building, which you have to walk to (about 5 minutes),
• there is a gym (on the roof) with about 6-7 exercise machines,
• there is a swimming pool (on the roof).
(Honestly, for a picky person who doesn't eat much, there was a small and monotonous choice, but my family members, who are less picky, ate more. I'm very picky, so probably my opinion on this issue is not important, but I'll leave it.)
• Fruits are not very good (at least in winter)
• the rooms even have a kitchen (with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, frying pan, etc.)
• there is no bathtub in the rooms, only a shower
• the beds in the rooms are large, it is comfortable to sleep
• there is even an ironing board and a washing machine in the rooms (you can really live there)
And there is also a cafe nearby, despite the suspicious appearance (glass rectangle) It's really delicious there

There was only no toothpaste and a shoe spoon (as in other hotels visited). The breakfast is a buffet, but to put it mildly it is weak, there is very little choice. A public beach with numerous cafes and shops is within walking distance. The views are beautiful wherever you look. We rested in Jannah Marina from 08.08.23 to 16.08.23 A wonderful place, you will not regret it, but the hotel is outdated, but work is underway, so it will be as good as new soon.. Finishing works are underway on the upper floors, but it does not interfere with rest in any way. 7 floors, 8 swimming pool, steep view of the bay. We're thrilled.. There was absolutely everything in the room.. Washing machine, all cutlery, own kitchen, microwave, refrigerator and much more. The linen was changed every day, regardless of the time, we took only breakfast. The menu is not big, but it was not bad.. And the most delicious croissants and jam. The view from the restaurant to the bay is beautiful. To the ocean, 1.8 km, but we walked, very nice, JBR beach , but..the water is hot, so we were more in the pool, it's on the roof of the hotel. Before settling in, 270 dirhams were given for two, this is a deposit, it was returned on the last day, but 70 dirhams were taken, allegedly tax.. The staff is friendly, they do everything to make you feel cozy. Although on the first day it will seem to you that there is no worse hotel, but.. this is only the first impression. The room had everything - hair dryer, iron, ironing board... the kitchenette also has everything.
Cleaning was done every day, towels were also changed.
We had paid for breakfasts and dinners - at breakfast - I didn't have time to try everything - it was delicious, they gave fruits: watermelon, melon, pineapple. Instant coffee, packaged juices. Dinners - on the menu
The only negative is that the window didn't close, they left a request at the reception, but they didn't do anything

I wanted to use an iron, but it was not working ((( With air conditioning it was not clear, the temperature was set to 22-23 degrees, and for some reason it dropped to 18-19 degrees. There are English-speaking staff at the reception, and there are a lot of Russians in the hotel! I don't understand why this is so?! In this regard, of course, there are not many amenities... The breakfasts are very poor! There is an eternal battle for croissants, as well as for an omelet))) This is the only thing that could be eaten...
