Great hotel. Friendly receptionists and hosts are not intrusive. Delicious welcome cocktail and beer with snack. The breakfast food is simple, nutritious and delicious. Incredible view of Galata Tower and part of the Bosphorus. Everything is nearby. The rooms are clean, cozy, towels are changed. The hotel is nice, the restaurant has large portions of food and a great atmosphere. One disadvantage for non-smokers is that they smoke in the restaurant. But in Turkey, smoking is everywhere, so this is not a negative, but the culture of the country. Thank you for the warm welcome! I was pleasantly congratulated on my birthday with a cake

The location is good, the rooms are clean, the linen is clean, but the breakfasts are poor, meager, monotonous, obviously not for the four. The staff is polite and helpful. I would recommend that they improve their breakfast approach. I am attaching a photo, this is breakfast for two, in addition to the menu you can order a dish, scrambled eggs, omelet, but everything is very very meager, apparently from one egg))

The hotel is well located, near Istiklal Street and Galata Tower itself is 3 minutes away. Shishkhane metro station is also a 5-minute walk away, sok store is around the corner and migroc is right next to Galata, there is also a pharmacy and all the others. Sultanahmet Square is about a 25-30 minute walk across the bridge. The hotel has friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, heating is on if the trip is planned for winter / spring / autumn, it is pleasant. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor, and it is convenient to order a la carte dishes for the standard set (eggs, shakshuka with cheese, yogurt..) . Happy birthday, only positive emotions and impressions from visiting the hotel. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay (water, coffee machine, shampoo, balm, safe, etc.) Thank you.

The room is on the 1st floor, with 1 window that looks out between two houses, where dirt, the smell of garbage and cigarette butts are drawn into the room. The breakfasts are the same, but quite tasty. On the plus side, the restaurant has access to the roof, which offers a good view of the Galata Tower and a view of the Golden horn Bay. I wouldn't stop again.

The staff speaks a little Russian (plus or minus 😆). Convenient location, close to the metro. Get ready to walk along the streets at an angle of 50 degrees - these are the features of the area. Positive: 1. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to Galata Tower. 2. Nice room, we lived in a room with an area of 23 m2. 3. Excellent roof that you can go out on, the view from there is amazing. 4. Friendly staff. Minuses: 1. There is no water in the room and I had to take water on the 1st floor. 2. Portioned breakfast, it took us a while to figure out what to choose from the list: either only a hot dish, or only a cold one.

Everything is fine here, except for the service of the hammam Cleopatra. It costs a lot, but they do it just to do it. I came to Istanbul and I wanted to get a traditional Turkish hammam for all 10, I'm here for 3. So don't order. And the rest is great, and the place is quiet, even though it's in the center, and the view is clean, and the staff is attentive.

It's a disgusting hotel! Don't be fooled by the selection that Pike made. I blindly trusted a trusted source. In the end, it turned out to be a tiny hotel, with dirt everywhere, at the reception, in the elevator, in the restaurant, and most importantly in the room. There's mold in the shower, and the room is terrible. I swear, I do not know where the good reviews come from. Maybe this is a good hotel for Turkey, but not for the rest of the world. I am an experienced traveler, I have stayed in places of absolutely different levels. And believe me, a clean and cozy hostel is much better than Valton. For me, the main criterion for choosing a hotel is cleanliness. Everything. That's the most important thing. Immediately, this criterion is 2/10. The bed linen was smudged and stained. In the restaurant with a panoramic view, the windows are covered in dirt and dust, creating a terrible feeling. I was also in the Marmaray museum, there were dirty windows there too, again, maybe this is a joke of Turkey, but there it did not cause disgust, because there was only one window, right there you are sitting in a panorama of dirt) Of course, it's worth mentioning the advantages, these are the staff of this hotel, they really helped, they even gave me an Istanbul card and a router so that I could use the Internet outside the hotel, I have never seen such a service anywhere. P.S.- I chose the photo by chance, the whole room has such flaws. Everything is battered and dusty. I also lived in a room without a window. This is my mistake, I will never agree to this again in my life. It was impossible to ventilate the room, the air conditioner was covered in dust and dirt, which was disgusting

We stayed at this hotel in 2022, we liked everything, the room was on the 3rd or 4th floor standard, the view was on the road from the entrance. Decided in 2025. It will also stay there. At the reception, we were told that we had increased the room level and were given a suite, which pleasantly surprised us, but when we saw the room, all pleasant surprise subsided. There was finger-sized dust in the room, it was smaller than the previous standard room, the view from the window was on technical pipes and sewer pipes, the window could not be opened because of the noise and smell. There was mold in the tub, and the door frame was covered with napkins. When we were asked at the check-out reception if we liked everything, I answered honestly and showed a photo of the "suite", to which I only heard that we had increased the room level and it wasn't dust, but technically it just flew from the air conditioner and everything like that. By the way, the breakfast was also mediocre, we left hungry. We advise you to look for other hotels a little further away from the Gala and not make a choice on this hotel.

A very dirty hotel, they don't get away from the word at all! Very small, the rooms are dark, the kitchen is for 3, burnt pancakes can be served. One big plus is located next to the Galata Tower. There are no more advantages. There were terribly cold rooms in March. Perhaps in the summer season, on the contrary, it will be cool in such a room.

We had a rest in February at this hotel. We really liked the location, the service is also pleasant) the rooms are comfortable. The reception provides portable modems for the duration of your stay at the hotel and local train cards, which is very convenient. There is a small cafe upstairs where you can drink wine.
