I was at the Hyatt Regency Dushanbe for a conference and was generally very satisfied. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly, the breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are comfortable — you feel comfortable and cared for, which is especially important when the day is scheduled by the minute. The area is quiet, there are almost no shops, pharmacies or cafes nearby, but this did not spoil the impression at all. On the contrary, I walked every day by Komsomolsky Lake next to the hotel — an ideal place to reboot after events. And, of course, the stunning Kohi Navruz building is located very close by — a real pearl of Dushanbe. One of the disadvantages is a weak Internet connection. For a hotel of this level, this is definitely something worth improving, especially for guests who come for work. Otherwise, everything was fine. I would love to come back again.

The location is convenient, the views from the Windows are on the beautiful city, on the sunsets. The interior is tired, I want freshness and cleanliness. The food is delicious desserts, stable. The rest is done every other time. The coffee is mediocre and inadequately expensive. The conference rooms are renovated and comfortable. The main disadvantage is the very boorish staff, every time they address a note of claim and superiority to guests, visitors to events - this is very ugly and disappointing. Because of this, I don't even want to come here and spend something/book something, etc.

A modern, stylish hotel. Excellent breakfasts, courteous staff, and great rooms. I was at the spa, the pool is OK, the gym is good, but the saunas were cold in the morning. We were holding a conference, and there was an exit from the hall to the veranda, which is very convenient for guests and those who smoke. The buffet is excellent, the service is fast. Unfortunately, the impression of Hyatt Regency Dushanbe turned out to be extremely negative due to the work of the HR department. For more than a week now, the letters I sent to the official e-mail have remained without any response - no confirmation of receipt, no polite refusal, no explanation. Attempts to contact by phone were also unsuccessful: I called four times on different days, but either they switched me to a "briefing" or no one picked up the phone. It looks extremely unprofessional, especially for an international hotel. As a result, I spent a significant amount on international calls, but I never received even minimal feedback. This attitude on the part of the HR department leaves an unpleasant impression about the entire hotel. I hope the management will pay attention to this issue, because such behavior undermines the brand's reputation.

I had a chance to stay at this hotel. I agree with the opinion of some reviewers - there are a lot of flaws. From suddenly turning on the light and weak water pressure to a modest and sooooo expensive kitchen. There are questions about the maids. If there are things on the bed, then they do not need to be touched. Instead, it would be good to wipe the floors. In general, a really beautiful view of the mountains, working sockets, bottled drinking water, lighting of everything and everything, a comfortable bed, the number of cupboards and drawers is quite acceptable for a 4-star hotel, but certainly not 5. A good gym and a swimming pool. There are no complaints. But the restaurant is not the strongest place of this hotel. If it hadn't been for the cheerful chefs Suman and Zainab, who made our morning warmer, more colorful and delicious, it would have been possible... hug and cry. Thank you girls for trying so hard for us. You are super! Summary - the hotel performs its functions. I recommend it!
