It 's really terrible . We bought a vacuum cleaner in installments , when we bought it , everything was clear and fast . The vacuum cleaner worked for a couple of weeks and broke down (it's okay ), it happens, they brought it back under warranty , an SMS came , after a while , it can 't be repaired , you can terminate the contract , . And here , so that you understand , I have already (for the 4th time ) come to somehow beg for my 60 rubles down payment . Today I came on 25/11/2024 , a girl is sitting on shift , I explain what the sellers of other shifts told me ( I don't know anything , I don't know those sellers either , even though I called the name , I was just stunned by such incompetence. Well, so much so that I distracted her from her business that I asked her to sort out the situation , which , as if I had personally borrowed money from her. I looked at the second seller ( the guy ), hoping for at least some help - there was zero reaction . In general, I give advice to anyone who will buy something in this salon , buy , there are no questions , but if there is some kind of warranty case , you know with a smile you will definitely not be met there (sarcasm ) . The shift where Danik the consultant is talking is adequate, if you're lucky, it's better to go to him, and I DON 'T RECOMMEND it VERY MUCH -it 's really terrible! If he reads the manual , have a conversation , you will understand by the date who was on shift !
