Minoa is one of my five favorite places in Istanbul. The restaurant is combined with a wonderful bookstore with many books in English. The restaurant itself also has many beautiful and interesting books that you can browse through. The food is delicious, the portions are large, clean, the prices are reasonable, I would say average, the staff is honest and very friendly.
