When placing the order, there was a message about delivery within 3-4 days. I paid for the order immediately, received an email notification that the payment was completed, and chose delivery to the post office. When a week and a half had passed, I wrote on the website that the order had not been received and asked what was wrong with it (I took into account that it was a weekend, even so), I waited a day, but no one contacted me. After that, I called, they told me that I still had to wait, then they called and said that the delivery would be tomorrow, i.e. in 12 days instead of 3-4! And I get a message from the delivery service saying that my parcel is at an address on the other side of the city, at a completely different pick-up point from where I ordered it. Again, after the call, they promised to bring it by courier tomorrow, then they called back the day after. That is, they waited more than 2 weeks for delivery from Minsk to the regional center, where the delivery services go every day? I don't even know if I'll get my package, but I've had the experience.
