They are under reconstruction. It's unclear why they can't add this information to Yandex maps and put up signs on the street.

Very beautiful! And the watch is very unusual, we looked at it for probably an hour. And around the dunes and the Curonian Lagoon meets the sea. The place is a must-visit!
