The tower is boarded up, absolutely nothing can be seen or appreciated, and it is marked on the map as a landmark of the city... There was also a surprise waiting right at the entrance to the tower - a big pile 💩

Level 27 Local Expert

The water tower is the only object preserved from the Rumel estate of the 19th century. It is built of rubble stone. There is a fairly large park around. Nowadays it is in an abandoned state, or we could make something like a Planetarium or an observation deck.
