Excellent hotel in the new district of Shymkent. It's far from the center, but close, within walking distance from the purpose of the business trip. The rooms are spacious. A wide bed . There is everything you need. I was in November, it was quite warm outside and hot in the room. The air conditioner probably works in the summer, but it's hot in the fall and the ventilation was warm. But I turned off the ventilation and the room became comfortable. Great shower. The rooms are quiet. An iron and ironing board are provided upon request. A buffet breakfast is served in a nearby cafe. Everything is very tasty and beautiful. But the local coffee is not very good, at least not for breakfast. But the views from the window that are for breakfast and in the room are simply gorgeous. If possible, take a room away from the road, local reckless drivers drive loudly. I don't know if I'll have to visit here again, but if I'm going to the neighboring business center for work again, I'll stop here.

An ideal choice for a short stay in Shymkent. The excellent spa area included in the price of the stay made the stay simply magnificent. It's great that men and women have their own steam room and hammam, and the pool is shared by everyone, but I came to the hotel during the off-season and swam alone. The panoramic view of Shymkent will also leave no one indifferent, as well as the proximity of the arboretum, zoo, and ethnic park. Breakfast is served in a separate restaurant in Tara, the choice is not very large, but everything is very tasty, high-quality products (there is even a cut of cheese), I really liked the sweet cottage cheese for dessert, they offer a choice of personally prepared porridges of various types, as well as an omelet or glaze, very tasty lemonade, a pot of tea to choose from. Very tasty homemade thin flatbread. The view of the city from the restaurant is amazing. There are also grocery stores nearby, although the hotel stands a little apart, but this is its charm. The hotel management does not skimp on small things like toothbrushes, shampoo-conditioner-body lotion-shower gel kits, the hair has not become straw, and special thanks for the bamboo toothbrush and wooden comb. To summarize: I will be happy to come back again, thanks to the staff for their kindness and responsiveness! One of the disadvantages: the air conditioning system was set to "winter" mode, it was not possible to cool the room, I had to ventilate the room in the evening and turn off the air conditioner. In March, you can still survive, but the sediment remains)). Also, the hotel rooms are not suitable for those who prefer complete silence, the noise from the road is still noticeable.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Price-quality at the top level. I liked the sauna (hammam and dry steam). The pool is small but deep. Breakfast was in Tara, by the way, a very good breakfast. I haven't visited this place for a long time. But, the kitchen was on top. The salad is average, and the beef medallions, medium, are just great!! Coffee - paid🤦♂️ there is nothing to choose from. The restaurant is weak. The warm floor was frying in the bathroom so that it was impossible to step on. From the third appeal, they turned it off. Flies in the room in flocks. The water in the shower is not regulated as it should be. There is no kettle - it's just for information. It is written that the spa is open until 23.00, in fact until 21.00. Saunas and hamams are cold, you have to wait until they heat up. There is no admin in the spa. By themselves, everyone is fumbling) In general - far from 5 stars and not even 4. Very average. If you don't expect something, you can, but we won't go there anymore. The only plus is the view from the balcony of the city.
