I would like to thank the Neo Insurance campaign on 10/23/2025 We went on vacation with the whole family to Sharm Ell Sheyh for 11 days. On the 6th day, I was poisoned by fish (I ate a fish head and then I was sick), I had weakness, nausea and diarrhea. We went to the doctor and the insurance paid for everything. I had 2 ivs and 1 injection. Then they prescribed 4 medications and told me to drink them for 5 days. The next morning I didn't have any stomach pain and I had an appetite. After 2 days, Dad got a runny nose and his son started coughing with a runny nose (son is 6 years old) My son was prescribed syrup, nasal drops and pills. But they left dad because at that time his blood pressure was 190/130. (Dad has a degree 2 disability + Hypertension) they gave him 2 pills under his tongue, but his A/ D decreased only by 5 185/130. The doctor said he wouldn't let him go until the car went down and said he was getting out of the car to be taken to the Hospital. The car arrived in 2 minutes and we were answered at the hospital. There, the doctor put a Band-Aid on his heart, which reduces the rhythm of the heart and blood pressure. Dad's eyes were red at the time. After 2 hours, his blood pressure dropped by 130/80 and his eyes turned white. They left him in the hospital for one day. (They wanted to leave for 3 days, but Dad didn't want to and his psychologist persuaded him to stay for at least 1 day) They took blood for urine tests. Dad was hand-fed by the honey brother himself. Very good care. The food is good dietary. I came in the morning and picked up my dad. Different people from different countries came there, where their insurance did not even pass the test for poisoning. And we didn't just get poisoning, pharyngitis, hypertension, and everything else for free. They took care of all the expenses, they didn't have to pay a penny. At first, everything seemed reliable — they promised that insurance would cover the cost of medicines. But when the time came, the compensation was not paid, citing “exceptions to the conditions.” Support does not respond immediately, so you have to find out everything yourself. Overall, the experience is mixed — the service is convenient, but now you should be more careful with trust.

Not the best insurance company. I do not advise you to get insurance from them. I've been driven day in and day out for a month and a half now. I can't get the insurance payment. There is no exact answer from the operators. Only promises with the words "your issue will be resolved next week." I think there are insurance companies that work much more responsibly!

In general, even the worst person in the world will not advise this insurance company, 3 months after an accident it is not possible to get money, they drive back and forth for different reasons, they do not do anything on time and the worst takes away your time, health and your nerves. If you see it, be sure to think before you buy a service from them, otherwise if something happens you will just lose 3 months of your time running errands

Faced with an extremely unpleasant situation. According to the results of the damage assessment and the court's decision, a fixed amount had to be paid to the injured party. However, the insurance company conducted its own assessment and paid a smaller amount, suggesting that I challenge this in court if I disagree. In order not to waste time and nerves on litigation, I closed the remaining part of the amount at my own expense. After the insurance company transferred part of the funds to the affected party, I received a letter demanding that they refund the amount paid. The reason is that I was not included in the list of eligible drivers under the contract. Additionally, it turned out that in case of admission of my guilt in an accident, the insurance company also has the right to demand a refund of the funds paid. A logical question arises: what is the practical meaning of an insurance policy if, in the event of an insured event, the company can first pay the money and then demand it back? Personally, I am extremely disappointed with the work of this insurance company and cannot recommend it for registration of a hard hat or CTP.

They don't want to cover anything, saying that the disease is chronic, except for some kind of temperature. The operators respond for a long time, I have not seen any advantages of this company, I do not recommend it to anyone, there is no point in this insurance either, you will have to pay for everything yourself anyway

The most terrible insurance company that did not pay for a rabies vaccine for a child after a monkey bite on an island in Nha Trang. We applied for an insured event on 07/21/2025. Assuring us that the amount for the vaccine does not exceed 50 euros, although the insurance amount per person is 60 thousand euros. Plus, the disrespectful attitude towards their clients, during the request for help they were sent to different hospitals, and their response was expected for about 2 hours. Being in the hospital from 6 p.m., we waited for vaccination until 1 a.m. The child was exhausted, they wrote every minute, waiting for an answer.
