I am extremely disappointed with the work of your store. I deliberately traveled a long way from the other side of the city, relying on the information in the personal account of the site, according to which my order was fully prepared and was waiting for me at the delivery. However, when I arrived at the place, I was faced with an unpleasant surprise: the staff informed me that there was no order and there was nothing to help me with. Why was such an elementary notification as the lack of goods in stock not sent in a timely manner? It would save me valuable time and nerves, saving me from unnecessary travel and frustration. I ask you to understand the situation and eliminate such incidents in the future in order to avoid negative impressions from customers.
