An ancient kindergarten of the Soviet era. The buildings are old, but the management is trying to keep them in a functional state. Entrances to the gates are a separate topic. Residential high-rise buildings are being built right next to the garden. The roads are broken, sometimes the street is blocked by a crane of a "bad" developer. It's amazing how this developer did not manage to encroach on the territory of the kindergarten.
