We stopped by Samsun Palandöken Cağ Kebab the other day as a family and we were really pleased. The meat tasted quite good; it was cooked to its exact consistency, neither too greasy nor dry. As someone who loves cağ kebab, I can say that it was one of the most balanced and delicious cağ kebabs I have eaten for a long time. The employees were also very interested.
