I didn't think that a store with a reputation could treat its customers so irresponsibly. I made an order for August 11 (Monday), the day before (Sunday) I specified the delivery time - they said they would bring it in the morning, the manager also clarified that the foot cover (which was a gift) is not available now and will be delivered later. Monday is 16:50, but there is still no delivery. I called the store, they said that the courier's car broke down and the order will be delivered on WEDNESDAY! In the first half of the day, we were confronted with the fact. And on Wednesday at 9:00, I have a client for manicures and pedicures. On Tuesday, I'm waiting for the master, who has to assemble the furniture and install the hood. They said there would be no lights on Tuesday and I couldn't deliver - what does the delivery set have to do with it?! On Tuesday, a chair and a hood were delivered with grief in half. But when unpacking the hood, it turned out that there was no grate, an element that could be used to cut a hole in the countertop. I call the store and the conversation starts with complaints - how did I look at the product during delivery that I didn't notice the absence of a grate?! Then they promise to clarify and call me back. No one is calling back. I have to call again because the person I'm paying for the work is waiting. Everything repeats itself - they promise to call me back, but there is no call. Then all my calls were simply ignored. The grate arrived on Wednesday morning. It turns out that the delivery was delayed for 3 days. At the same time, they promised me that they would think about how to make amends, and apparently they are still thinking. There is no leg cover for the chair either. For a store with a reputation, it doesn't matter how the customer pays for the product and for what amount. I didn't pay 100 or 500 rubles in cash, and the order was almost 3,000 rubles. I will never recommend your store among the masters and owners of beauty salons I know.
