I would like to share the delight of visiting this wonderful restaurant! It was one of the most memorable dinners during our stay in Baku. We purposefully came here to try real Azerbaijani cuisine, and not a single dish disappointed! The atmosphere in the restaurant is very sincere and authentic, you can feel the hospitality and love for your cuisine. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get acquainted with the rich Azerbaijani cuisine. We left well-fed, satisfied, and with the full feeling that we had gained exactly the kind of experience worth coming to national restaurants for. We will definitely come back on our next visit! Waiter Raj was very polite and helpful.

We ordered dolma and soup. The soup is OK. Dolma is just something. Serving... on a saucer like a cat... matzoni separately! Half of the dolma is raw. They told the waiter, mumbled something and replaced it. It all happened again… My health is more expensive to me than 12 manats, I did not eat. We told the waiter and the manager about it again. No apologies, nothing... was removed from the bill, of course.… Just so as not to spoil the evening, they left, paid for everything! Well, the cherry on the cake: a garbage can was driven across the hall from the kitchen to the street... it's a pity I didn't see this wound, I would have run away. I don't post photos so as not to spoil everyone's appetite. But I do not recommend visiting.

A wonderful place in the Old Town. Eggplant dolma - I had no idea that such a thing could happen, and it was also so delicious! Lamb shish kebab is as it should be! Juicy, delicious, fragrant! Baku tomatoes and hot pepper! Kutab with pumpkin for dessert! Tea and jam are a compliment from the restaurant. Highly recommend it!

Both the hospitality and oriental cordiality immediately disappeared) the food seemed mediocre compared to the restaurants already visited before. The food is not bad, but the attitude of the staff is amazing. Firstly, when we sat down at the table and the waiter came up to us and found out what we were going to order (and we had only two dishes (pilaf with lamb and gyurze was interesting) and tea said that tea can only be ordered if we take jam for 10 manats. We don't like jam, and refused to order, which was why you don't have a teahouse here to just drink tea. When the dishes were brought, the pilaf turned out to be with beef instead of mutton, to which the waiter began to assure us that it was definitely mutton, just a big one. Apparently, this institution believes that guests are not able to distinguish lamb from beef.

Friends, if you want to have a delicious and good meal in the old town, then go somewhere else. The staff and service leave much to be desired. If you don't have a huge order, they'll probably forget about you altogether. The food is not the tastiest and not the freshest, and prices for tourists have been inflated so much that for this money you can eat five at a local restaurant.

Hospitable staff, the location is very convenient, beautiful interior and outdoor barbecue area. The receipt is as it should be for establishments in the old town above the market. Alcohol is poured only on the veranda across the street. I didn't like the view of the destroyed wall, there are a lot of tables, for passage you need to squeeze between the chairs like in a cafe. According to the menu: small portions, very dry and almost meat-free Shah pilaf. Otherwise, everything is delicious.

A mediocre restaurant on the territory of the old town. They fell for the reviews and regretted it. The service, like the food, is on a C-grade. We could not find understanding with the waiter: there is no position on the menu for a teapot or a mug of tea. We ask if it is possible to order tea, how much it will cost. To which we were told that they did not bring tea separately, but only a tea set (teapot, jam, some other sweets). The price tag for this is cheerful. We didn't need any of this except tea, we don't eat sweets, in the end, with a crooked face, I brought a cup of tea as a favor

Kutaby is a disappointment. The dough is like pita bread. All the food is greasy. I am an Azerbaijani myself and I know what the dishes should be. Shah pilaf and sabzi pilaf with a minimum of meat and filling. The staff flickers, but there is no sense. Prices are like in Moscow and portions are smaller.
