I gave a low rating. The room was not ready. When the check-in time was at 14.00, it was prepared for us at 17.30. There were no towels in the room - they were in the laundry. Now there is a cafe on the territory of the recreation area. There is practically nothing in the menu that is indicated, and what is there is to wait for about an hour, and not much to taste. The next day, the cook got sick altogether - the kitchen wasn't working. Drinks at the bar are expensive, at least 2x or higher. And then, something always ends. The socket next to the bed didn't work in the room, so I had to use others, which is not very convenient. At the same time, the price for a room is not small, 55,000. We were not satisfied with the rest of the word at all.

Rocky beach, steep descent to the water. There are not just rocks in the water, but pieces of concrete, there is no equipped beach, there are about 10 sun loungers, few people swim in the lake. If you want to swim in Kapchagai, this area is not suitable. The adult pool is not deep, about 1.5 meters.
