If someone else had driven me from La Scala restaurant, I would never have come here. You open the application, it says one delivery time, after payment you immediately receive an SMS that the order has been extended by at least another 50 minutes, and mostly by 70-80 minutes. Every order, always facap. Starting from the fact that the courier pours coke into a bag or says, "Well, it's okay that the food is cold," ending with the fact that after waiting an hour, the food doesn't even start cooking and no one itches. Then you get a basic 15% discount and that's it. Is it really that hard to provide quality service? Sadness. Sadness.

I waited for the order for 2-2.5 hours, wrote to the support office, it turned out that the order had not even started to be prepared yet and would be delivered "approximately" in another hour. They offered a 15% discount on an order that will never happen again. I also note that there is a robot in the call center, you can't talk to a human. It is impossible to specify the correct phone number on the website in the online chat form (a bug in the form), it was barely completed. The service is disgusting.

Disgusting service! This is not the first time we have encountered a similar situation. The order was placed at 09:00 a.m., the delivery time was shown by the application in 40-45 minutes. As a result, we call the courier an hour after the order, and he, being in another part of the city, informs us that the order has just been handed over to him. And now, exactly an hour and a half has passed since the order was placed, and the courier has not even gone to the institution for the order yet.
