I waited for the order for 2-2.5 hours, wrote to the support office, it turned out that the order had not even started to be prepared yet and would be delivered "approximately" in another hour. They offered a 15% discount on an order that will never happen again. I also note that there is a robot in the call center, you can't talk to a human. It is impossible to specify the correct phone number on the website in the online chat form (a bug in the form), it was barely completed. The service is disgusting.

The city of Vitebsk. This is the third time I have placed an order here. And every time the delivery is delayed. Last time, it was delivered almost 2 hours later than stated. We brought cold food and sent apologies with a promo code for 15%, which is valid for 2 weeks. We ordered here again today and have been waiting for an hour and a half. Specify the delivery time objectively, such as if it takes 10 minutes to get from the cafe and it takes more than two hours, it's easier to go yourself

The order was delivered in 1 hour 55 minutes instead of the 45-60 minutes stated. On those.the support did not help in any way, unsubscribes, the approximate delivery time changed during the communication process - but in fact it was not observed either. The order was delivered barely warm. Khinkali and khachapuri. It is not possible to eat without warming up! The courier stopped by at least 2 more places to the detriment of my order. No apologies, no "gifts." They didn't even put napkins in the order! We have used this service many times before, but there has never been such an outrage before! A reason to think about giving them up…
