I've known this place for 25 years back when it was on Tashmi. I was in Tashkent and this time I was pleasantly surprised that everything was also very tasty, fast polite service, cleanliness. They have carried out renovation and are expanding upwards. ATO somehow 3 years ago, everything was specified. Well done, I wish you prosperity and always a full load. Arsen has a separate respect!

The waiting time is short, as in many places. The only thing that confused me was that we went there purposefully for a pork kebab with normal large pieces - they were found, but there are bones in the meat, this is the first time I come across this, so be careful if you start biting off meat right away ... and so it was quite tasty and had a nice evening)))

But as they say, time does not stand still. The kitchen is boring and, as for me, it even got a little boring. The interior is dilapidated and requires "fresh blood". The staff is ala catering of the USSR (adult / big mom at the entrance) and even a quick waiter does not save the impression.
I do not advise you to go to this place with your family, partners, or on a date. The only thing that is suitable is a meeting with former classmates, by the way, the contingent of fans also remained from the (ALREADY VERY DISTANT) past.

Many people write about a good barbecue, I came for it and it was a complete disappointment. The level of cooking is not something that is not a restaurant, mediocre even for a cafe. In the kebab, pieces of meat of different sizes, fried on do not understand what, from which the kebab acquired the "flavor" of either ignition for coal, or burnt plastic. The portion size is extremely modest. I was surprised by the potatoes from the grill: the price of 3 kg of potatoes includes three small dried potatoes.
Not that it's all inedible, but in a dozen cafes within a radius of 2 km for three times less money it will be better and much tastier.

You only need to book in advance, otherwise you may be refused. Or better to say so: they will not be able to put you down with all their desire — there will be no empty seats.
In such a rush, it is hardly worth counting on the cleanliness of the devices: if you are lucky, you can only believe that everything is well washed. But no one here, I noticed, is steaming and does not pay attention to the fact that the newly served utensils (forks, spoons, knives) will just be wet, and sometimes not very clean plates, also wet by the way.
