This is a great hotel! A design lobby with all kinds of books about fashion, architecture and street art. The rooms are spacious and have great views. Perfect room cleaning. Hygiene attributes are all from the Malin + Goetz brand with bergamot :) great friendly admin. We were only 4 days old, so we didn't get tired of breakfast. The location also suited me, as a taxi to the Dubai Mall is inexpensive and always on duty at the entrance. For a small surcharge (one thousand per day), we had a room upgrade and everything was fine)

I recently stayed at Hyde Hotel Dubai and would like to share my impressions. The hotel impresses with its beauty and freshness, as well as its excellent location, which allows easy access to the main attractions of the city. A huge plus is the presence of a Russian—speaking employee at the reception. This greatly simplifies the process of resolving any issues and makes your stay more comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel is modest, but very high-quality, which is pleasantly surprising. The choice of dishes is sufficient for everyone to find something to their liking. The room I stayed in was clean, beautiful and spacious, and the daily cleaning was done at a high standard. Every day, I was provided with six 0.5-liter bottles of drinking water, which also added convenience. However, I have to lower my rating of the hotel for two main reasons. The first negative moment is related to the dinner that we ordered additionally. The dinner takes place in a restaurant located on the territory of the hotel, but not owned by him, so the hotel does not control this process. The menu is very modest, the dishes are not tasty, simple and small. The waiters persistently offer paid dishes from the main menu, the cost of which is too high. Since all the food ordered at the restaurant is paid for by the hotel, the waiters bring extra dishes that no one ordered in order to increase the final receipt. As a result, for a very modest snack, the restaurant bills 350-400 dirhams. And, not least, even the water at dinner is paid and costs $ 10 for 0.5 liters! The second negative point concerns the maintenance on the territory of the pool. We ordered a delivery lunch for the child and, to our surprise, we were not allowed to feed him either at the bar table or on our sun beds. They were politely asked to leave the pool area. In general, despite these shortcomings, I was quite satisfied with my stay at Hyde Hotel Dubai and I can confidently recommend it to other travelers. However, the hotel should sort out the restaurant and its service in order to improve the overall atmosphere for the guests.

The hotel is good, you can see the Burj Khalifa from certain rooms, but it is far from the center (Dubai Mall) (45 minutes on foot, by car, oddly enough, a little less). Although it looks like it's close on the map. The room was not cleaned, there were quite large sweet marks on the bedside table, which were easily washed off with just a damp towel, there was a flock of ants on the bathroom floor. The restaurant at the hotel is very good, but not budget, like all hotel restaurants in Dubai. The outdoor pool is quite enjoyable, but the sun has been hiding behind a nearby high-rise since a certain time in the afternoon. P.S. the most delicious tiramisu in the world, I have never tasted better anywhere.

It is strange that in a 5-star hotel there is no shoe spoon in the room, toothbrushes have to be asked daily, the ceiling is covered with mold in the hammam, and the floors are not washed at all and are very dirty in the Finnish sauna, the toilet barrel is leaking in the room and there is a need to get up and fix it because it makes noise. The disgusting food in the restaurant was very annoying- monotonous breakfasts in the morning and in a week you hated omelets and sausages with potatoes, there are practically no vegetables, and the paid dinner is a half-test regime from which the pancreas flies and on the third day you are looking for a restaurant where you can feed the child so that he would not be ashamed. But the staff in the restaurant licks the guest with their service and serving -they can safely put 55555 for everyone, although the dishes are so-so.... It seems like you paid for dinner to the operator, but they charge 200 dirhams for a steak in the restaurant), I guess I won't come back here anymore, because there are 4 restaurants with the best food for this amount. It's also strange that a restaurant for a standard hotel dinner positions the hall as a disco club with very loud music, and dance music, and one day we came to dinner - there was a Spanish party in the hall, the waiters were running around selling wine to the dancers, and no one cared that you wanted to get a paid dinner- they shouted "wait, bro"! This was the first time I had such a touch with dinner, having so many dancing halls, why combining dinner with a club, hookah bar and disco is a mystery to me, although I love parties, but this time I dreamed of having dinner with a child in silence enjoying the delicacies of the East- alas....They didn't get pleasure. And yes, warn your guests that all terraces, balconies and pools are dirty in cement and sand from the construction site, because of this you can't really walk along the embankment, and 11 high-rise buildings are being built nearby. This is my third time in Dubai, and this is the worst hotel in comparison with the previous two foursome, because for a tourist, the quality of food and its availability are important in principle, the cleanliness of sun beds and air, and comfort in the places of the sauna complexes.

The disadvantage is that there is a huge construction site and major repairs of the embankment nearby, you can't walk, it's far enough to the subway, the need to use a taxi, the restaurant staff slows down, dirty dishes are slowly removed, the number of cutlery and napkins provided is insufficient (1 set of appliances and 1 napkin).

The hotel turned out to be inexpensive. It was at the end of July 2025. The staff is attentive, the rooms are well cleaned with all kinds of sets. On request, the water supply in the room is replenished (0.5l water bottles) On the 4th floor there is a swimming pool with lifeguard supervision and a small bar and two bar clubs (quite pretentious, mostly with a contingent of escorts, as it seemed to me). There is a grocery store with everything you need on the ground floor nearby, and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby. There is a shuttle service from the hotel, but during the daytime, when the sun is already shining. There are bus stops nearby that take you to the metro (15-20 minutes to Business Bay metro station). It is twice as fast to get to all major points by taxi. One of the disadvantages is that the breakfast buffet is not very varied, it was already getting boring on the 4th day + we couldn't find a vase for flowers, we had to cut a liter plastic bottle. As a result, I liked everything, but due to the static buffet menu, we will choose another hotel next time.
