I had a bad experience applying for visa support from another agency. Aviavisa was pleasantly surprised. I would like to thank the agency, in particular the manager Anna, not just for the high-quality service for obtaining a Schengen visa (Spain, via EC in Moscow), but for the human attitude. It is very rare when you are treated not as another client, but as a person who is worried and nervous before getting a visa. Thank you for not leaving me alone with the bureaucracy.
