Something was not exactly 5-star. The stench of previously smoked cigarettes in my room perhaps. The restaurant was always fully booked and no chance of getting a table no matter how early you try. The airconditioning was too cold. I can go on like this because this was a 4-star stay. Do not expect anything special.

The hotel is beautiful, very cozy, the rooms are large, and the mattress is very comfortable. Very beautiful color and design solutions for interiors, the eyes rest and enjoy. The panoramic restaurant and the breakfasts are very tasty and have a large assortment. For me, the Tasigo brand is a sign of high quality at all times and great care for the guests and the environment, which is very valuable. It's a great SPA, I was on a business trip and I was sorry that I didn't get there.

Wonderful hotel, the five. It is located on an elevation from which the whole city is visible! The rooms are clean, comfortable, the breakfasts overlook the city, delicious and varied. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one of which is on the terrace and a large spa complex. I definitely recommend it.

The breakfasts are good, close to excellent. The thermal water is normal. But children are not allowed in after 4 p.m. At the same time, less obedient guests still spend their babies. Sometimes there is no employee in the children's room. There are a lot of small joints in the equipment and accessories of the room! Combustible materials were used in the construction and decoration - don't mess around, you're just remembering the Grand Kartal tragedy! In an amicable way, we need to force the contractors to redo everything, but the buras are Turkish, and there's nothing for us to poke our GOSTs and snips here.
