It claims to be a 5 star but its a disappointing to be staying here. Housekeeping and maintaing cleanliness of over all property is a concern and a questionable aspect for a professionally run hotel. Corridors have chunk of hair and garbage in Corridors for 3+ days. Bathrooms in room have moulds - new and old both bathrooms. Some rooms in higher floors , given to us earlier, are way too outdated with sofas dirty and crumbling cushioning, bathroom walls full of mould on all sides. I wonder how they passed the hygiene rating. Overall, not a pleasant place to stay. I would recommend to avoid this hotel at all costs. The only plus side is food in the breakfast and extended breakfast timings which is dues to small size of a restaurant for such multistorey hotel to be able to accomodate number of guests.

The hotel left a great impression thanks to its excellent service and caring atmosphere, which is so important when traveling. The rooms are comfortable (some floors have been renovated), and it has a nice gym, pool, and spa—though the spa, like most things in Dubai, felt a bit overpriced even for a Muscovite. Breakfast was delicious (to avoid crowds, it's better to come early) —what really made our stay special was Honey from the restaurant, whose dazzling smile set the mood for the whole day and made our time in Dubai even more enjoyable🫶
