We were very disappointed. This time we had beef chops for lunch. And there's a noticeable crust on top. But inside there's pink meat, honestly, just minced meat. The cook answered my questions simply - it's a wonderful PINK beef meat. Interestingly, the magical "unicorn", which is baked and mouth-watering brown around the edges and soft and raw pink inside.... It's not a steak... it's just cutlets, I wanted them to be cooked.
