I like to visit the stores of this chain. There is always plenty to choose from for shoes, clothes, and inventory. I am very pleased with the promotions and discounts. There have been no complaints about the quality and, hopefully, there will be no complaints. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only thing I take a star for is the queue and the long service, even if there are 1-2 people in front of you, you'll have to wait five minutes. It's a bit much in the modern world.)

I received an online order from the Sportsmaster. The cashier-girl insisted very unpleasantly that I download the app. To my refusal, she said: "Well, download it later at home." When I refused again, she continued to push. In the end, I said that in this case I would not order anything. After that, she agreed and issued the order. By this point, I already didn't want to pick up the order so much that I regretted that I had placed it at all. Respect for the client and his right to say "no" is completely absent here.
