Yesterday, i.e. 06.09.24, I came to the office at 17.30 to pay for gas. The girl, who speaks pure Russian, listened to me. But her answers were not heard, because the employee sitting next to Otabek was talking sooo loudly, in high tones on the phone. I asked him to keep his voice down because I couldn't hear what the girl was saying. Apparently, he did not like my request and he told her not to listen to me and that the working time was over and after 17.00 they were all talking so loudly, literally, kicked me out rudely, ignoring all my requests, even went out and pointed at me to the guard, said that after 17.00 such as I was not allowed. I was shocked by such a tone and such rudeness! I'm old enough to be a mother, I'm 67 years old! I asked him if you have a mother, if someone like you talks to her like that, will she like it? He waved his hand at me, saying get out of here. The guard witnessed such a boorish attitude! How can such people work in the service sector!!! Why do we give way to rudeness and rudeness??? I ask the management to take action, I beg you very much! Yes, I didn't have a receipt with me! But I had a plane ticket to Moscow and I wanted to find out how and when I could resolve the issue, but this person did not fully understand my further actions. After all, there is human dignity, just humanity, respect for elders. How do we educate young people? What awaits us next!?

The first time it was my turn, the program and the cash register did not work, I solved some of the issues, but they told me to come later and help me and gave me contacts. An hour later, I called and clarified, did everything work for them?
They answered yes
And I came and we solved the second part of the issue.
Thank you for prompting and all the questions were solved in half
a day 🙏
