The hotel is gorgeous, even though it's 4 stars.We stayed in room 1106, on the 11th floor, with a balcony and a view of Dubai Marina.There is a free swimming pool on the 13th floor until 20.00, where you can also eat and drink.We only had breakfast on the 1st floor in the restaurant, they were delicious and varied.The staff is polite and always ready to help.The linen in the room is white, changed every day, and 2 liters of water in glass bottles daily.There are many lounge areas in the hotel.No deposit was charged for the accommodation(although I wrote to the hotel and asked)the only tourist tax for 8 days is 120 dirhams.You leave the hotel and you're on the boardwalk.The hotel is located 100 meters from the metro.We traveled without knowing English, but that didn't stop us from having a great vacation!! I recommend it!!!

The hotel is located a stone's throw from the metro, within walking distance from Dubai Marina Mall. You walk out the door and immediately find yourself on a picturesque promenade with yachts. The place is just perfect for walks and photo sessions. The rooms will be pleased with their cleanliness and modern design. The options with a view of the marina are especially impressive — waking up with a panorama of yachts and sunsets is incredibly pleasant. Everything in the rooms is thought out to the smallest detail: fresh linen, daily cleaning, glass bottles with water. The pool on the 13th floor is a must‑visit! In the evening, when the city lights up, breathtaking views open from here. Urban dynamics and a relaxing atmosphere are successfully combined here. I will definitely come back here again!

But I was very upset with the attitude of the reception staff, I asked for a room with a view of the Marina in honor of my birthday, they said that while there were rooms available only with a view of the city and to come later, as a result, I approached several times, later, as I understood, the manager said that they were there, but they could only give for an additional fee. the fee is 1000 dirhams per day. As a result, I lived all 5 days with a view of the city and the noise from the road. Another significant disadvantage for me is the lack of a coffee machine in the room, only instant coffee. This is the first time I've seen this in a 4* hotel, even though I've lived in many places. Among the advantages are delicious breakfasts and a beautiful view from the pool to the Marina.

Excellent modern hotel with stunning views of Dubai Marina. The rooms were cleaned very efficiently every day. Luxury swimming pool, bar, gym and changing rooms on the 13th floor. The building has a Starbucks coffee shop, shops, a shopping center, pharmacies nearby, and the metro is just a couple of minutes away on foot. The nearest JBR beach and bay are about a 15-minute walk away. We were very satisfied with the stay, and we thank the staff for their pleasant and professional service. Excellent value for money!

It's a fire, I'm very glad that out of 4 hotels I ended up staying at this one. EVERYTHING is within walking distance! Embankment, beach, shops, metro, water taxi, cafes and restaurants, Marina mall. The staff is excellent, they try to help when you ask questions. The breakfast is delicious. The cleaning is daily, the view is gorgeous. I don't know what else is needed. Special thanks for the room extension. Check-out is usually at 12, but our flight was later, I asked at the reception, as a result, at 14:30 we gave them luggage for storage, we also sunbathed by the pool. Plus, the guys at the reception helped, they called us a taxi at an affordable price. In general, we are very happy with the rest, I took a note of the hotel, I'll be back! One of the disadvantages is that in the first two days cleaning came at 8-9 in the morning, but on vacation you still want to get enough sleep, and even more so from the road. We had a conversation and started coming back later. The refrigerator doesn't cool down, so don't count on it too much)

The location is perfect: in the heart of Dubai Marina, close to the promenade, metro, cafe and shopping center — all within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, the interior is stylish and modern, it's nice to be inside. The rooms are cozy, I especially liked the spacious ones with a view of the marina — this is a special pleasure. The staff is at the highest level: always polite, attentive, ready to help even with small things. There is a real concern for the guests. On the roof there is a gorgeous swimming pool with stunning views of yachts and skyscrapers, plus a modern gym. The atmosphere there is relaxing, especially in the evening. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, I especially liked the French toasts — I want to come back for them. Of the cons, there are only small things like interruptions in water temperature, but the staff reacts quickly and solves everything.

A great new hotel with quality service and helpful staff. I would like to note the pleasant aroma from the diffusers that are placed throughout the hotel - this is the first thing that meets and immediately makes an impression. I booked a room with a view of the harbor - my expectations were fully met, the view was gorgeous. The breakfasts are delicious, hearty and quite varied. The rooms are clean and cozy, although there are minor drawbacks. There is a private pool with a great view. The metro and tram stations are a couple of minutes on foot, the beach and mall are 15 minutes away, there are good cafes and supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance. Next time I will also be happy to consider this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in March. Good location, close to the beach, near the Marina Mall, metro, yachts. We took a standard room with a view of the city. With a view of the Marina, it was more expensive by $ 300, but on the spot they offered to throw off $ 100 and give it for $ 200) We lived on the 12th floor, the noise of the city did not interfere with sleeping. The air conditioner was hardly used, and the room was comfortable enough. We had breakfast and lunch/dinner of our choice included, and ate at the Origins restaurant. You can choose from the menu for breakfast/lunch, and only a buffet for dinner. In my opinion, there wasn't much choice for dinner, but overall the food was great. There were 2 negative points: 1) after cleaning the first one, the air conditioner started to stink at work, but we didn't use it anyway, so we didn't inform the reception. 2) on the last day, we had lunch for a fee, including water. In the end, it turned out that a 750 ml bottle of water cost 30 dirhams. I hope it's just that I misunderstood the waiter)

Amazing hotel, for the money. Prices are jumping, we charged for 11-13k rooms. At first, for 11 and paid an additional 100 for a Marina view, it's worth it. Then, for 13,500, they found a deluxe 66m room on the island, with a bathroom by the window. Perhaps it was some kind of glitch, we were first checked into a regular room, but we proved to them that we had paid for a large room! The pool has a beautiful view.

You can sit under an umbrella or in a gazebo. Even on the hottest days it is comfortable. When booking, it is better to choose rooms with a view of the Marina, if possible. Just a couple of minutes walk from the metro station, tram stop and Marina Mall. There is a supermarket nearby. In the evening, you can walk along the boardwalk or take a boat ride/ the yacht. There are many restaurants around. The nearest beach is about 15 minutes on foot, and the Dubai Mall is about 30-40 minutes by metro.

They clean every day, change towels, clean floors, put water on. The breakfasts are good, but monotonous. It's a buffet and you can choose from the menu. From the menu: toasts with egg and something else: for example, avocado, tofu, salmon. There are also waffles and pancakes. That's all. Everything is edible, you can feed small children. There are yoghurts without additives, porridge, scramble. But after three days, I got tired of everything. The staff is responsive, friendly, there is a Russian-speaking guy, Russian is not his native language, but you can understand him) A comfortable bed, there is an iron, bathrobes and a hairdryer. The Wi-Fi works great, even on the street 50 meters from the hotel it catches well. The pool is on the 13th floor with a beautiful view of the Dubai Marina. The pool itself is 1.2m deep, but quite spacious. We were swimming (January is in the yard) the water is +30 *, the sun is hot that I even tanned my shoulders. One of the disadvantages: the water does not drain well into the shower drain while you are washing, standing ankle-deep in water. And the water from the shower comes with a difference of 20 seconds. In general, you need to control it. The refrigerator is for beauty, it doesn't get cold at all.

There are two ways to get to the beach, there are two bridges nearby, it is very convenient, it takes about 12 minutes to walk, there is an excellent Marina Mall nearby.
