A great new hotel with quality service and helpful staff. I would like to note the pleasant aroma from the diffusers that are placed throughout the hotel - this is the first thing that meets and immediately makes an impression.
I booked a room with a view of the harbor - my expectations were fully met, the view was gorgeous. The breakfasts are delicious, hearty and quite varied. The rooms are clean and cozy, although there are minor drawbacks. There is a private pool with a great view. The metro and tram stations are a couple of minutes on foot, the beach and mall are 15 minutes away, there are good cafes and supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance.
Next time I will also be happy to consider this hotel.

Great hotel, great vacation. Thanks to all the staff for their attention and kindness. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking Rasul employee at the reception, who always helped with solving issues in Russian. Cozy rooms, cleaning every day. The only thing leaking water from the shower cabin on the floor. The air conditioning system works well. The breakfasts are very tasty, you can choose a dish from the menu past the common table. Thanks to the breakfast staff for their attentiveness and quick serving of dishes. Excellent pool, always cool water, clean and beautiful, there is a bar next to the pool, you can always order refreshing drinks. We were very satisfied with the atmosphere, attitude, and service. The location of the hotel is convenient in every sense. The metro is 5 minutes, the sea is 10 minutes, cafes and a shopping center are 400 - 500 meters away from the hotel.

A very stylish hotel! The perfect location! Everything is within walking distance! The room is cleaned every day! The room has everything you need! The view of the marina is incredible! The pool on the 13th floor is gorgeous! Comfortable sun beds, umbrellas! I've lived in many hotels, but this one is perfect in everything!

The hotel is nice, clean, fresh, cleaned enough, there was always water in the room.

I put a minus for the tasteless food, we tried all the breakfasts, everything was bad, but you need to be able to spoil the same avocado toast with egg and fish. The waffles are dry. The buffet is meager, apparently due to the fact that breakfast could be ordered from the menu. Therefore, it is better to have breakfast elsewhere,
When cleaning, the balcony was not cleaned, everything is covered in dust / sand, you can't walk without slippers, your feet are black.

An amazing hotel! I'll start with the pool on the 13th floor. There are a lot of sun loungers, you can smoke, order food, water with oranges everywhere.
The rooms are very comfortable, there is everything you need, a refrigerator, a safe, an iron with a board, the coolest cosmetics, a kettle, tea, coffee, water, sockets are not European, but they give out an adapter.
I would also like to express my gratitude to the staff (Russian speakers!), Rasul and Panashee were sympathetic to the late check-out and spilled the room for free!

A great hotel with amazing buffet breakfasts, as well as included dishes on the menu. On the 13th floor there is a panoramic cooling pool with a beautiful view of the Marina. You can sit under an umbrella or in a gazebo. Even on the hottest days it is comfortable. When booking, it is better to choose rooms with a view of the Marina, if possible. Just a couple of minutes walk from the metro station, tram stop and Marina Mall. There is a supermarket nearby. In the evening, you can walk along the boardwalk or take a boat ride/ the yacht. There are many restaurants around. The nearest beach is about 15 minutes on foot, and the Dubai Mall is about 30-40 minutes by metro.

The hotel was built in 2022. The high-rise part is apartments. There is also a yacht club in the building. The hotel is located on the shore of an artificial bay, the beach on the sea is a 15-minute walk away. There are many restaurants with various cuisines on the promenade along the bay.

Almost!?! It is better not to occupy the first floor on boats, in any weather! (There are toilets there)
Kitchen (if you are on a guided tour) for 3+ (tolerable) it is better to have 40⁰ with you (from December to March)

A very fresh, recently commissioned hotel. The status is 4*, but in fact a good European five: laconic, light, without oriental details. The rooms are of decent size. The view is either on the road, or (which is more pleasant) on the marina itself. Pool on the 13th floor, pool bar, fresh towels, beauty.
During my stay there, I met 2 well-known Russian travel bloggers. I consider it an additional quality mark.
The difference in cost with the first line is two times!
It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach.

The reservation was with a view of the water, they gave the other side, they say that you need to pay extra. The rooftop pool is paid. The TV in the room did not work. The door lock broke, the door wouldn't open. on the last day, after numerous complaints, they were moved to a room with a view of the water.
