Is it her job to insult people? A very unprofessional team, they recruited ignorant, incompetent boors. They don't know how to listen, talk, or think. Unfortunately, this is a frequent occurrence among Uzbek companies in recent years. Rudeness, rudeness, and lack of professionalism are their main jobs. The word "europrotocol" on their website is not appropriate, because they do not have any protocol for working and communicating with clients at all. Either the guards were picking up the phones, or random people from the villages who were hearing for the first time, so they didn't know anything and switched to each other. And the client has to repeat everything like a parrot to the whole village, to which they switch. But why, if they don't understand or know anything anyway?
