I recently purchased a finished 91 m2 Tourmaline house project from the Belikov Monolith company. The decision was considered — I was looking for a compact, functional house with a well-thought-out layout and complete design documentation. The project includes everything you need: an architectural part, construction drawings, engineering networks and a master plan of the site. The architectural project was executed competently: modern appearance, convenient layout, optimal ratio of residential and technical space. The space is organized logically — without extra square footage, but with comfort for permanent residence. The construction part is detailed, understandable, adapted to real construction conditions. All components and solutions are presented clearly, which facilitates the work of contractors and eliminates unnecessary questions on the construction site. The project of engineering networks proved to be particularly useful: water supply, sewerage, electrics — everything is calculated and interconnected. This significantly saves time and reduces the risks of implementation. The master plan gives a clear idea of the location of the house on the site, taking into account the margins, orientation to the cardinal directions and possible landscaping. It is very convenient for coordination and further landscape planning. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. The documentation is professionally executed, the project is balanced in price and quality. It is suitable both for independent construction and for working with a contractor. I recommend Belikov Monolith to those who are looking for a ready-made solution without unnecessary bureaucracy and with real construction value.
