Overall, a good budget three. Our room was a comfort on the 2nd floor with a balcony. The room was clean, everything you needed was available. The Wi-Fi was working well. The safe could be used for an additional fee. The location is very convenient in the city center, all interesting places are within walking distance. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The beach has its own area, the employee makes sure that strangers do not occupy it, there are enough sun beds for everyone, but people go to borrow the best sun beds in the morning. The staff is all Russian-speaking and does their job well. We visited the hammam at the hotel, but we expected more for $ 25, no service, the hammam was without steam, and the sauna did not work. The food is delicious and varied, but what we didn't like was the long lines at the grill, well, it's a complete thrash, crazy people occupy tables in an hour and queue up with a bunch of plates before they start serving food🤔 We tried to come to lunch/dinner by the end, hoping that the majority would eat enough and leave, but once there was not enough food on the grill for everyone and I stood in line in vain. The main contingent is 50+ Russians, Belarusians and Ukrainians. In general, I can live, but I won't go there a second time. No more threes😃

From the balcony there is a magnificent view of the mountains. The room has everything you need: flat-screen TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. Nice bathroom. On the first day, a handbag with the hotel's logo is given at the reception for the beach or shopping. It's a small thing, but it feels good! There was a variety of food to choose from, and themed days were held: fruit (strawberries, melons, bananas, peaches, plums, etc.), fish (fresh tuna steaks, crayfish, meat (kebabs, kebabs, shawarma). The beach is a 5-7-minute walk away. There are enough sun beds for everyone! The sea is clear, azure is A DELIGHT. The location of the hotel is good, there is a shopping street with shops within a five-minute walk. Waikiki Supermarket is 10 minutes away, and there are inexpensive Turkish chain stores there. There are 90% Russian speakers in Kemer. We had an individual transfer, 90 euros round trip, the two of us were taken in a luxury car in an hour (one way), booked back in Russia via social networks.

I fell in love with this hotel! It's very cozy and homey. The staff speaks Russian., friendly to the guests, help when contacting. They cook delicious, special dinners, varied every day, Italian cuisine, Turkish, lots of vegetables and fruits. Happy birthday to the guests) every evening))they create a very pleasant mood) In the evening, they arrange musical concerts: live music, a saxophone - it plays very beautifully. I was satisfied with the cleaning, fresh towels were always brought. There is a swimming pool for both adults and toddlers. What I liked here: convenient location, 4 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace. The next street is a local Estuary, like our Arbat, there are shops nearby, there is a supermarket Migros, where you can buy sweets for souvenirs. The beach is great and clean: there are plenty of sun beds, the sea is wave-free, and it's perfect for children and those who don't swim very well. In the evening, a disco and a bar are open on the beach. Transfer from the airport is only 35 minutes. We got there quickly.

It was at the end of July 2025. The rooms are small by 3 ⭐️ , old , broken cabinet doors, plumbing is pouring in different directions,. The staff responds to requests within 3 days. There is no coffee in the coffee machine at 7 a.m. (it is in building 2). Food saves! You won't stay hungry for sure, there were crayfish, tuna, pizza every day, fruits , vegetables, and a lot of different things. The hotel itself is 3, I'll give 4 stars for the food. They didn't clean very well either, the guy did it, I think that's why he wasn't very careful and vigilant about the order. The sea is good, warm, and you can walk at a slow pace for 10 minutes for sure. The sun beds were all occupied in the summer. There is always free water at the reception, you can always take it. And the minus is the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms, or rather, pay 1000 rubles per person and use it ... we could have already included it in the tour.

We had a rest together from October 18 to October 25, 2025. The hotel is wonderful. Introverts will definitely like it) the hotel is not big, it is quiet and peaceful here. The staff is courteous, the service is top notch. We were supposed to be accommodated in a room with a view to nowhere, but we were given a room in another building (it is located nearby) with a view of the mountains! The room is small but cozy. They clean every day, but towels and linen are changed every three days. And how they feed here!!! There's something new every night.: During the week we tried grilled tuna and salmon, kebabs, burgers, doner, CRAYFISH. Lots of greenery. Everything is fresh and delicious, no mezim needed)) The alcohol is excellent, and the vodka and beer are not diluted with water! The location of the hotel is also excellent. The central street is a stone's throw away, and the beach with sun loungers and deck chairs is five minutes away. The beach bar is paid. If you like a relaxing holiday without noisy evening animations, then this hotel is the very thing!

I'll start with the positive aspects that we liked.: · Staff and attitude towards children: This is the main advantage of the hotel! Now about the disadvantages that are worth considering: · Check-in: Upon arrival, we were given the wrong number, which we discussed in the chat beforehand. The situation was resolved, but only after our complaints. · Catering (the main problem): · Long queues for main dishes (grilled, meat from the oven). · Grilled food is provided strictly individually, which is inconvenient if you need to take it for the family. · Catastrophic shortage of tables during breakfast and dinner. Many tables for 4 people are occupied by one or two guests. · Room cleaning: Did not take place every day, but about once every three days. This is a rare hotel that stands up to three stars. The rooms are cleaned regularly and towels are changed. The rooms are not exactly spacious. The food for breakfast is good, and there is always a meat dish for lunch and dinner. Nice 3* hotel in the center of Kemer. At first glance, the hotel seemed very old to me with very poor food. But after a couple of days I changed my mind about the hotel. The hotel's team does everything to make you feel at home. The cook is trying, but everyone is trying there. Everything is delicious and clean, which is important. I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff is responsive, the services match the description, the cuisine is beyond praise. The 3-star hotel will put up so much, queues for food are fantastic, almost 40 minutes before lunch and dinner, people join the queue. Poor management. In a good way, you need to remove the bar from the dining room because all the problems are because of it, then you could safely prepare the food. It's not that people throw their things on the tables, go to the room to change clothes, take food, and the table has been occupied for 40 minutes and people are walking with plates, but there's nowhere to eat. It's stuffy under the red stands, they open exactly 10 minutes before lunch, and the stuffiness is impossible. They clean well and often there are no complaints. I'm not going to Turkey in the prince anymore, I advise you to choose a 5 or a budget 4. The difference between this hotel and 4 was small, but the tour operator persuaded me to take a three, and I regretted this decision.

We chose the hotel based on positive reviews and were disappointed. We had a family vacation in early September. They settled on the 4th floor under the roof, they said there were no other rooms. You walk in the room, bending down so as not to hit the roof arches. The rooms are very tired, the furniture needs to be repaired, broken lights, rusty stains on the sides of the shower and rusty shelves, plumbing would also do well to wash. What pleased me was good bed linen, constant hot water, quiet air conditioning and a beautiful view of the mountains. The shared bathroom in the hammam is dirty and stinks, and people are sent there to change clothes. The pool is both large and normal for children. There are many sun beds. Food is generally a mess, like in a Soviet dining room-queues for the grill, queues for dishes and appliances, which periodically end. People occupy tables in an hour, run to the queue for food in 15 minutes. The choice of food is meager, with purchased waffles and cheap biscuits for breakfast. The only fruits are watermelon, melon, apples and unripe plums, and that's all from lunch. There is no choice of side dishes, the meat is one kind. The rest you have to stand in a frenzied queue at the grill. Shawarma has one name, seafood pasta is really bad. There are only 4 types of alcohol-vodka, beer, which is impossible to drink at all, wine and what they call gin. This was the first vacation in which we bought alcohol ourselves. There is no tea, there is for lunch, and then they just don't make it, for the first time in Turkey without tea!!! There is no coffee from the vending machine. The beach is 5-7 minutes away, the sea is good, clean, there are always sun beds. Mostly pensioners stay at the hotel, which is probably all right for them, but we have been to 3 and 4 star hotels in Turkey and we have something to compare it with. Therefore, we will not recommend the Nar to anyone and we will never return.

The food may have seemed meager to someone, but everything was fine with us. They never went hungry. Each dinner is themed. The queue for hot food, which was cooked in front of our eyes, was a little annoying , and I also didn't like that some not very well-mannered people stood and chose a full plate of meat from a dish with sauce, leaving nothing for others. I would like someone to keep an eye on it. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, near pharmacies, shops, boutiques. There is a place to go out for a walk. Our wonderful stay at the wonderful Nar Hotel. We stayed at the Nar Hotel from 17.06 to 28.06.2025, with a family of 5 adults. The impressions from the hotel and the staff are wonderful! The location of the hotel is just Great! In the center of the town, close to the sea 5-7 minutes walk, private beach,deck chairs. The room is nice, cleaning every day. The linen was changed every three days. The food is great too! For every taste, everything is fresh and delicious. Lots of greens, vegetables, fruits, berries! Hot soups, pasta with mussels and shrimps, stewed, baked vegetables, French fries, grilled vegetables, Julia kebab, beef, huge crayfish,delicious tortillas and pizza, juices, drinks, tea, coffee. Live music and disco in the evening. The hotel is quiet after 22:00. The staff at the hotel are all friendly and will always help if you have any questions. The beach is 5-7 minutes away at a leisurely pace. Clean, the sun beds are in good condition. We had no problems with the sun beds. Smoking is prohibited on the beach, which is a plus for me (even though I'm a smoker myself). There is also an excellent massage specialist at the hotel, whose name is Redi. I went to see him myself and took my parents, and I can confidently recommend him, since I am a massage therapist myself. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel for organizing the rest. When there is a shortage of rooms, they are silently led through dark alleys without warning, it turns out that this is another hotel with a similar name. The hotel is new there, but without infrastructure, just rooms, no elevator with a steep spiral staircase, located on a noisy promenade. To eat, take water and receive all other paid services, you need to go to the main building, where the reception is. After the scandal, they took revenge and moved to another separate building, although it was a little closer, to a tiny room on the ground floor with a view of the fence of a neighboring hotel. The pools are actually children's pools. We wanted to move into the main building with an additional fee, but they dissuaded us, allegedly there was poor ventilation and there was a smell of sewage. Food - they try to diversify through themed evenings, but it's still modest, the restaurant is on the street, you can die from the heat and flies. The food is tolerable for the three. We didn't drink alcohol, we didn't ask for room cleaning (we don't like it). It's noisy in the room during the day, you can't sleep, because all the cleaner's equipment is right in the hallway next to the room, and everyone also goes down to the lobby to chat on the speakerphone via Wi-Fi. We also went to the main building to eat. Since the hotel is urban, the road to the beach is along an ordinary city street, along a couple of smelly chicken coops, and the backyards of other hotels with fetid garbage cans, it all makes you feel sick in the heat. There were always sun beds on the beach, they try to make sure that the sun beds are not occupied with towels for the whole day, they try not to smoke, they clean up the garbage, the only thing that bothered was the music in the bar of the neighboring hotel and the icy water in the shower. Unlimited bottled water at the reception is also a plus. There are no sweets at all, only watermelon is made from fruits, with the exception of one themed fruit evening a week, but you still need to get there before standing in line. Dinner lasts only 1.5 hours, so everyone gets packed quickly, there aren't enough tables, and they arrive half an hour before the start to take a seat. We weren't hungry, but the food was monotonous. Well, there are constant queues everywhere. In the room, the toilet door wouldn't close, we were told that the floor was crooked, we couldn't do anything, the side in the toilet was malfunctioning a couple of times, we were offered to knock on it, press it several times, eventually they came to fix it (promptly), the closet was small, for one, the rest of the things on the bed and somehow. The air conditioner worked well, the mattresses were terribly sagging and slippery, and the entire sheet was sliding off overnight. And genially, the key is number one, you pull out the key, there is no electricity, but the main thing is that it is not in the refrigerator either. We bought cakes and found that they were all gone. The toilet in the lobby is not for the faint of heart, dirty and smelly, this is the first thing we saw in this hotel. The most unpleasant thing is the moment of check-in, we were unlucky, they tried to stuff us into at least some free room and SILENTLY, without warning, without explaining. Since the staff eats with the vacationers, we waited for the baggage handler to eat, and then, silently, not knowing Russian, led us somewhere in the dark, through an unknown territory, brought us to another hotel, where I found out from the guests that they did not belong to the main hotel in any way and booked He's on a booking, they eat in another place. To clarify the situation, I tried to return to the reception and had difficulty finding my way back in the dark, as the baggage handler immediately stopped when we began to find out where we were taken. The position of the hotel was: we wanted the best, and you are unhappy, then get it.
