We stayed here in June 2022 with a family of 3 people. This is one of the best offers for a family holiday in Dubai. The hotel has its own territory and a complex of swimming pools, the second one is covered.There are also several complexes of pools, the second one is covered by a pool, where you can buy toys.The staff is very friendly and customer-oriented. The rooms are well cleaned. Half-board meals are varied, all drinks and alcohol are included in the price. The location is a 15-minute drive from the airport. DubaiMall Shopping Center is 15 minutes away by taxi for about 30-35 dirhams. Overall, everything was good and pleasant.

An excellent chain hotel, located across the passage from the DFC mall. Rooms are cleaned efficiently. A taxi is called in one fell swoop. Good and varied cuisine, friendly staff, there are Russian-speaking employees at the reception. At breakfast there are no problems with guests and seats, a large hall of the main restaurant. A wonderful hotel! The most friendly and courteous staff. The rooms are spacious, cozy, clean. Room cleaning every day, linen, towels, gels, shampoos, everything is changed every day. The menu is varied and very tasty, there is everything (poultry, fish, meat, milk, yoghurts, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, pastries). Near the hotel there is a supermarket and IKEA (especially enterprising went to eat at IKEA))) ) The metro station on the red line can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes), a taxi to it costs 15 dirhams. The Festival area is quite quiet and peaceful. There is a fountain show next to the supermarket (every evening).
In general, a huge amount of positive emotions from the city in general and from the hotel in particular!

The hotel is perfect for those who need an airport nearby and those who are ready to travel by taxi, or by walking and boat to get to the metro. The hotel is well served, the rooms are cleaned, the food is excellent. The meal is 4 hours, which is convenient for residents of any time zones. A separate plus is a swimming pool (water +30) on the 3rd floor. Next to the hotel is the magnificent Festival Mall (the passage from the hotel), with the CarreFour grocery store, where all the goods are available. IKEA has an additional food court: you will never be hungry. But it is also convenient to take a package at the hotel: breakfast + lunch. According to it, you can have breakfast, as well as have dinner, or come to lunch (lunch). At the exit of the Pier to the lagoon from 18:00 (hourly) water - laser shows are held. A free bus to EXPO runs from the mall (south-east exit) every 2 hours. We were at this hotel for the January holidays of 2022 and were very satisfied. A Russian-speaking employee works as a concierge.
