An excellent apartment hotel in its price category. Convenient location: 5 minutes to the sea, ATMs, bus stops; 10 minutes to the nearest market. The place is quiet, even the morning awakenings from the minarets could not be heard :) Friendly staff, there are Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Free safe and good Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a necessary set of appliances (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and washing machine) and some dishes (plates, mugs, pots, pans). Our room was on the 1st floor (in fact, the 2nd floor, but their numbering starts from zero) — spacious, with a separate bedroom and a view of the pool. Yes, it's not super-new, but in a month they promise to carry out a small renovation and refresh the rooms — I hope it will get even better. One of the disadvantages is the harsh mattress. But, again, I hope that they will be updated too)

The place is beautiful, the sea and the embankment are nearby.I liked the hotel itself.Apartments with a separate bedroom and a kitchen-living room.There was enough of everything from the dishes, but there was no shampoo gel.The cleaning on the 4th day is good.The staff was friendly, and checking in on the day of arrival was a big bonus: they gave me the keys right at 8:30 a.m.By the way, I found 12 Russian channels, ranging from 0491 to 0512.The place is quiet, away from the noisy bars.You can definitely come back and have a rest.

Excellent apartments, everything you need for living is available. A big plus is that there is heating (not air conditioning) in winter. Very warm and comfortable. Convenient location 7 minutes walk to the promenade and the beach, 3 minutes to any cafe. 7 minutes in the opposite direction from the beach and you are at a public transport stop, from where you can go anywhere in Antalya.

The hotel is very cozy. The location is good. The road to the beach is only 7-10 minutes, and passes through the park. Had a rest in.September 2025. We had a wonderful rest with my wife and are very satisfied. The rooms are clean.the furniture is not new. There is a washing machine, which is very convenient. The shower closes and is comfortable to wash, does not flood the entire bathroom. There is a clothes dryer. Cleaning on request. The staff is responsive and knows Russian. I recommend you to visit.

To be honest, everything is dirty, the curtains have probably not been washed since they were hung. The air conditioners are in terrible condition. Everything was modern and beautiful once ... it's a pity for the owner to hire a cleaning service, do a general cleaning or something everywhere. The only thing I liked was the Russian-speaking administrator. Yes, the place is great, the sea is nearby, but be prepared that you will clean the floors yourself on the first trip if you like to walk barefoot.

You can live, but the room is tired, compared to what it was 4 years ago. They said that there was a renovation in 2023, there is no smell of renovation - cobwebs on the ceiling (cleaners don't even notice), traces of tape on the wall (from a painting?), spots on the walls in some places. The furniture is worn out. Plumbing and electrics are the weak point of Turkish builders. Pros - air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, kettle - everything is working. I didn't watch TV, the Wi-Fi in the room is normal. There are dishes, but the knives are blunt. The room has a normal hair dryer, iron. The sea is within walking distance, a magnificent promenade.

The hotel is tired and there are a lot of small shoals. But this is a modern and cozy hotel. Cool shower - the kids fell in love with it, there is a rain mode and a regular watering can. Washing machine, dryer, large windows/ doors, separate small and cozy bedroom. The drawers in the cupboards and the cupboard itself were enough for us. Cleaning is requested once every 3 days, once we were delayed, they forgot that we had extended our stay. Elevator and wheelchair ramp. It's a quiet street, the bars are almost inaudible (and there are several in the area). Close to the sea, close to stops in two directions. Go straight to the sea through the park. Playgrounds are nearby, shops in the heat are noticeably not right around the corner, but close enough, the nearest shock is about 5 minutes away.

Mini hotel. The room was on the 3rd floor with a track on the roof. There are 4 rooms on each floor. The room itself is not big. Everything you need is there. Cleaning on request. No one will clean up every day. The rooms are tired but not critical. Very good location. Everything is nearby: the sea, shops, cafes and bus stops. On September 24th, the pool was not very good. Cold water and 2 sun loungers for the entire hotel. Inviting guests is no problem. There are no bracelets.

In principle, the hotel is very nice and cozy. The quadrature of the room does not exactly match the declared one, apparently the terrace is taken into account. I would not recommend rooms without terraces, there is no balcony at all. Pretty clean. We were quite satisfied with the cleaning. There is a pool, but it is small, and there is almost never any sun in it because of the location. During my entire stay at this hotel, I have never seen the pool cleaned. Usually, hotels have strict controls to ensure that no one swims after 6 p.m., but we swam, no one told us anything. It is usually forbidden because they start cleaning the pool, and since no one cleaned anything, that's probably why they didn't forbid it)) The area is quiet, no one makes any noise at night. Of the disadvantages, I can say that the openings in the bathroom are very narrow, a wheelchair for a disabled person does not pass. I had to dismantle the bathroom door, yes, I had to dismantle it... The staff was shocked, but there was no choice. It was in another room where our parents lived.

On the plus side, the hotel is close to the beach, shops and cafes. On the downside: one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. The room has a strong smell of tobacco smoke (smoky) and the bathroom is tiny. The shower head is hanging on one screw, and dangling. The sink itself is microscopic in size, while you wash your hands, all wet from splashes. It is hardly possible to say that the room is cleaned after the previous guests. There are traces of grease (dirt) on furniture and household appliances, I don't even want to touch anything. Music is playing loudly on the next street until late at night, you will not fall asleep quietly.

Updating the review: it so happened that in July 2025 we also stayed at this hotel, this time we chose a 1+1 room, we were accommodated on the 2nd floor (actually 3), the rooms here are more spacious and bright, unlike the rooms on the 1st floor and on the pool side, there is a French balcony, there were dishes That's enough, the washing machine is a plus. The rooms need to be refreshed, the cabinets in the kitchen need to be repaired, all the windows need to be washed, a shelf in the shower needs to be made, high-quality cleaning needs to be done, and the hotel will not charge prices, since the location is 10 out of 10 and it stands on a quiet, green street. We stayed at this hotel in July 2024 from Pegasus. The room was a suite with a terrace on the top floor with partial sea views. It's a little cramped for a family of two adults and a 14-year-old child. The location of the hotel is 10 out of 10, the area is very good, 9 minutes to the sea through a mini park at a leisurely pace (spotted), a beautiful embankment nearby, ATMs, bus stop, shops, restaurants are all nearby. The feeling that we are alone in the hotel when we are fully occupied is a plus. Next, by number and cleanliness: everything has already been written before me, so I will not write the details. Cleaning needs to be requested, I did it via the hotel's email, tipped, the girls tried their best, but everyone has their own understanding of cleanliness. The Russian-speaking administrator was only available at night. But all the hotel details were blocked by our excursions, movements around Antalya, and the wonderful positive emotions of being in this wonderful country!

I liked everything! Thank you for a wonderful stay! The excellent location of the hotel, all the necessary infrastructure is within walking distance (cafes, restaurants, shops, bus stops, pharmacies, etc.). The embankment is a 5-minute walk away. Responsive staff, always go to a meeting at any request! They were settled earlier without additional payments. Suite room with a terrace on the top floor, overlooking the sea and the city. There is everything you need, a huge plus, it is a fully equipped kitchen in the room! The only negative that is not critical, but, bed linen and towels can already be replaced with new ones! They are clean, but it is noticeable that they have been used for a long time. I will definitely come back!

The room has everything you need for a long comfortable stay. But the most important thing is that any request is executed with lightning speed. The maids are just super, they clean very diligently, well done. I will return to Antalya only in these apartments. This is a disgusting place! Terrible, indifferent and not friendly hosts. The building has no elevator and steep stairs. The pool is cold and dirty. There is a restaurant in the building with a cheesy smell of food and music. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: there is a huge construction site nearby!!!! Don't come here if you don't want us to ruin your vacation!!! And if you ask for a refund for being placed next to a construction site and not warned at the time of booking, then you will be accused of extortion!!!!! Choose another place, as there are many of them in Antalya.
