Major renovation of the house in my life "happened" for the first time. Getting out of your comfort zone is stressful. But despite the inconvenience, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the master of the plumbing section, A.N. Podluzhny, and A.V. Shchurko, a gas-electric welder, who initiated the renovation work in my apartment. Thank you for their friendly, honest and decent attitude, for their professionalism and highly skilled work, and for the amount of work done with high quality. Organization of work, nothing to say about anything! They are doing capital repairs at home. The roof has been removed, and the apartment has already been flooded 4 times within a month. Foreman Borovsky Andrey, rude communication, zero respect. When asked how it could happen that there are four floods, he answers either force majeure, or it happens, or even says maybe you sinned somewhere. And this is the answer of a specialist, so to speak!!! Be vigilant, be sure to insure your home before these "specialists" come to you to do capital repairs!!!!

The cap was repaired at the end of 2024-2025. Awful. Electricians take old vending machines out of the dashboard, even if they were bought by you. The gas workers do not follow the rules of fire work, they ruined the kitchen for me. Plumbers work drunk. Foremen say irrelevant information, especially at meetings. If you have some kind of non-standard situation, question the words of the employees, your problem may be "dragged" to the end of the repair cap, where it will suddenly be solved according to the papers. If you go to a meeting with them, they won't thank you, because that's how it should be. If you have problems with them, do not hesitate to contact higher authorities - it will take a long time, but it helps.
